How about Threads of Time
(I think UDDUP has plenty of cliches by the way.. though its pretty good)
Sundome is the hentai/mystery version of Onani Master Kurosawa

Because an action story, by nature has less character development, I think it almost has to have more cliche/archetype than a drama, like kurosawa, but for action, I find it less disappointing than many.
Akumetsu is very fun, have you read Wolf Guy?

Seinen series which have a very decent plot such as 20th Century Boys , Monster , Shin Angyo Onshi , Vagabond ... don't have cliche but I don't think they are what you are looking for.
Yubisaki Milk Tea , Yesterday o Utatte , Saru Lock , Beck
just some random recomendation, not really similar to Onani Master Kurosawa but they are romance seinen that have pretty unique theme.

Banana Fish hasn't gotten any cliches I can recall. Also try Sanctuary
The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

Um maybe Death Note?
I think it's fairly cliche free? (Although, it does have the whole 'nothing can ever be a coincidence' cliche 🤨 )

Shigurui
Rika the breeder (if you can ignore the yaoi Rika is one of the most complex characters I've ever read in a manga or book)
anything by Kago Shintaro (that's gonna change your life lol)
Matsumoto Jin (obviously)
Ichi the killer

Dorohedoro - plain twisted wickedness
Burning Hell - refreshing characters + scenarios, just a bit short because it just got started
Drifters - from the same mangaka of Hellsing, has a pretty interesting premise
Vinland Saga - historical fiction manga on Vikings - I consider this a very unique setting for mangas
Ares - some of the fighting stuff might seem a bit cliche but I would say overall it's pretty original
Cage of Eden - Battle Royale with a Jurassic Park twist, some of the tidbits might seem somewhat cliched but still, quite a good work
Suicide Island - haven't read this myself but the premise seems very interesting and refreshing
Majin Tantei Nougama Neuro - what I consider the one "detective" manga that sets itself apart from the dozen others out there. It's fun to see how the manga connects fantasy elements with mystery.
Shibatora - original because it focuses on crimes committed by minors and the unique protagonist who tries to help these very criminals
