Yume no Kodomo - And it's awesome, really! Because the girl knows both of the guys, and demands to know why his boyfriend breaks up with her... And God, that reveal scene is just utterly fantastic. (And quite realistic, mind you)
The whole manga is awesome, definitely a must read. 😀
