I'm searching for a great romance (seinen), it's better if it actually mirror the society or reality.

So far, I've only come across 2 which imo is good enough.

Haru Yo koi.
Girlfriend (not really a good romance but atleast it shows how the world work)

Shoujo would also be okay but I don't really like typical shojo(love kill em all -_-)

Those aren't exactly ones I would place as being realistic, I usually think more along the lines of Solanin for something like that...

The first title that really jumps out at me though, is Yesterday wo Utatte.

Baby Leaf and Honeymoon Salad are also good choices.

Bitter Virgin is alright, albeit horribly melodramatic.

Others that might be goodbut are a little less focused on the romance aspect:

I would suggest Before and After Dreams, however, it's not scanlated yet. But please put it into your wishlist. Yes, it is that good.

Saikano is a classic, not all that realistic, but it's a great romance.

I'd recommend Our Happy Hours, which really fits your description. It doesn't seem to be mentioned in the other thread.

I have been wanting to read it but didn't until today because I knew it would be really depressing. Indeed it is. But it is a good manga and not just romance.

No one mentioned Ichigo no Gakkou. It's also a realistic seinen romance.

Forget-me-not - art style will attract some people.
