I'm looking for pretty much any good manga, that is easy to find on the internet and is preferably completed. The only criteria is that the protagonist is male and is awesome (so no stupidity, pervetedness, etc.). It would be nice if it was seinen.
I have read or am reading Parasyte, Gantz, Battle Royale, Ubel Blatt, Ares, Hellsing, Highschool of the Dead, (really liked the preceding), Kurozakuro, Shin Angyo Onshi, Bleach and Superior. I will be reading Berserk and I don't really like the guy from Blade of the Immortal
Heres a list of awesome male protaginists from Anime (and manga incidentally)
Rurouni Kenshin - Kenshin (both Battōsai/benevolent hero personas)
Trigun - Vash
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - Kyon
Kanon 06 - Yuichi
Clannad - Tomoya
Kaze no Stigma
Hellsing - Alucard
Black Cat - Train Heartnet
Gundam Wing - Heero Yuy
Code Geass- Lelouch Lamperouge
Death Note - Light
Area 88 - Shin Kazama
Bleach - Ichigo
Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny - Kira. Arguable, but he does have his moments, especially in Destiny.
Tokko - Ranmaru Shindo
Gantz - Kei Kurono. The anime ended before Kei really stepped up, also he wasn't as much of a pervert in the manga.
Full Metal Panic - Sousuke Sagara. He's awesomeness in combat makes up for his awkwardness.
Gurren Lagann - Simon and Kamina
Fullmetal Alchemist - Edward Elric
D.Gray-man - Allen Walker
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi - Kenichi. Just makes the list.
Spiral - Narumi Ayumu
Darker than Black - Hei
Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto - Akitsuki
Devil May Cry - Dante
Gankutsuou - The Count
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni - Keiichi (especially Kei)
Sōkyū no Fafner: Dead Aggressor - Kazuki Makabe

Those manga are not completely centered on the leads ( I know it sounds funny ), but at least the leads are really impressive.

a little sidenote about Id though Spoiler (highlight to view) despite his looks hes a guy, at least thats what hes constantly trying to tell everyone

Hmm, you mentioned a bunch of the series that I liked. Dawn Tsumetai Te and Historie are pretty good series. Oh, and Switch is awesome. Someone mentioned 20th Century Boys. The same mangaka has these two series called Pluto and Monster. Then there's Threads of Time which is interesting. Sorry, none of the series I recommended are complete except Monster.

let's see.
- Ouran High - Haruhi
- Ga-Rei - Kagura
- Bleach - Rukia
and that's it i guess.
I've always hated the main protagonists for some reason that i don't know of.
But the peoples above are a pass in my fav protagonists.
