Haven't read many mangas where the characters are in college but here are two:
Last Game they become college students after the 2nd chapter i think
Himegoto - Juukyuusai no Seifuku this one is a bit umm weird?
o! there's also
Nodame Cantabile thou you could say it's more of a music romance sort of manga
hope you like them :3

I am/Have Read:
1 Minamoto-kun Monogatari
2. K-ON!
3. Love Comedy Style
4. Kimi no Iru Machi
1. Minamoto-kun Monogatari: CAUTION: Ecchi at some parts also Contains Incest but it has a very good story for the most part also each chapter only has 9 pages just to let you know.
2. K-ON!: is great love it and the story. It's complete and the college part starts nearing the middle?? or nearing the end probably? It's a 4-koma style manga to let you know that but it's a nice read either way if you enjoy these type of stories. Also Slice of Life.
3. Love Comedy Style: CAUTION: This one is very ecchi or well or is that the right word? It's Borderline H there is like sex in every chapter and if not every chapter then maybe every other chapter? But regardless it's pretty funny and has a good story.Story is complete.
4. Kimi no Iru Machi: To be honest I've only read up to around 80-100 chapters of this story when it was coming out but I felt bad when reading it I don't do romance stories that well especially if I read to much romance at once. But I will say it was good to a point and that it has probably gotten better since I have read it I just don't feel like catching up to it. I will say a lot of people have complemented it though, so it's pretty good and I think my personal opinion is that it has a few twists here and there. There is Love Triangles, Long distance relationships, and multiple relationships see the page for more categories.
Even though I haven't read it I will also second Love Hina (Ecchi)
You can also try Nozoki Ana . (Borderline H)

I second Cheese in the Trap Last Game and Pink Lady. Cheese and Pink are great webtoons, and I especially liked Cheese's slice of life atmosphere (it actually has a character who worries and seriously studies like a real student!  ) Last Game, by contrast, is more of a sweet, fluffy romance. There's also Today's Department of Sentimentality which is another webtoon which focuses on the quirkier aspects of college life. It hasn't got much romance and a lot of it is played for laughs, but it's a beautiful slice of life series.
