Dear school gang leader maybe.. and with coupla guys around a girl would be Nadeshiko Club, and another one whose name I forget, it has a German ( I think) renaissance based scenario in a respected educational academy where a girl gets in to find her brother and there is an elite class- the anime version is very different and is very politics based.
