Akachan to Boku
Binbou Shimai Monogatari

And there are some others that I can't remember right now.

Aka-chan to Boku has a story of a boy who is forced to take care of his baby brother....It's a really touching story.

Yamada Tarou Monogatari is about a handsome, yet poor (lives in a shack), student named Yamada Tarou taking care of his 6 cute siblings and his mother so they won't starve everyday. It's a definite comedy and will make you laugh. eyes

Hotman fits, I think. And in They, Too, Love, the guy takes care of all his siblings, but it's not the main focus of the story.

Immortal Regis is rather fun
Full metal alchemist probably isn't what you are looking for but it's always a good read

umm... Kodomo no Jikan?
