kajitsu writes: *It's finally official: TANEMURA Arina's Shinshi Doumei Cross will end with the next issue of Ribon. So it will be completed with 47 chapters (supposedly 11 volumes). Nevertheless, in the next Ribon issue (7/2008) a new series from Arina will start: Zettai Kakusei Tenshi Mistress Fortune

Also, OOUCHI Natsumi's Aozora Pop ended in the recent Ribon issue. This series is now 25 chapters (5 volumes)*

Apparently, the series Mx0 and Hatsukoi Limited will end soon. No reason was given. By "soon", they will end within the next few chapters, not right away.

Both are featured in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump.

An OVERWHELMING majority of people wanted to see SFX in the margins of their scanlations. For all you scanlators out there reading this, you may want to consider going with what people want, and put the SFX in the margins (probably easier on the editors, too, haha)

Comedy wins the day, with romance just right around the corner! But you know, some people are really sadistic and hateful...over 1000 people voted for wanting to kill off characters...But personally, I laugh at the naked poll option, full of sound effects like "bom chicka, bom chika, bow bow"!
(Btw, I chose the romance option as my favorite. Yeah, I'm a softy...)

Hmm, it appears that most people read the manga first, and then decide if they should watch the anime or not, as long as the manga was good. At least these are the stats for mainly manga readers...Just remember that anime seems to be more popular~

I've taken the liberty to update the "What's New" section. It now shows releases that are dated for 2008 and you can sort them 3 ways, by date added, by rating, and by past 3 month activity stats.

Hopefully this will be more useful than what was there before.

Although it is April Fool's Day, we at B-U [color=red]WILL NOT[/color] tolerate any fake releases being announced/reported to us. If we, by accident, allow a fake release to get through, please report the mistake to us. (This includes manga and anime releases)
