From Shinmakoku Scanlations:

1-3) A Place for Half a Rent
Shiraishi, a hardworking college student who smiles even when he's upset, is openly gay. His family and coworkers have a hard time accepting him, with the exception of his part-time job manager, Kanzaki, who doesn't smile even when he's happy. When Shiraishi can no longer force himself to keep living with his friendly but unfaithful boyfriend, Kanzaki makes him an offer: “Want to come to my place?”

Shiraishi accepts the friendly offer, which may have been made with some more-than-friendly intentions.

4-5) I'm Serious in My Own Way
Yukito Shibata is in a pickle. He has 1... no, 2 problems! His ex-boyfriend, Yoshioka Seiji, wants them to come back together, but it was Yoshioka who betrayed him in the first place. So he's having second thoughts. Now his step-nephew, Utsui Keigo, confesses his love for him! Keigo is 7 years younger, but he's very persistent. Which one should he accept? The whole story is told from two points of view. The first part is from Yoshioka's point of view, and the second part from Yukito's point of view. A sweet story about letting go of an old love and finding a new one.

6) Don't Be So Strict
Is it so easy to have an affair? Megumu wonders in pain, when he finds Keiichi has cheated on him for the fifth time in three years. Being poor, with no money and only a part time job, it's already hard enough for him to keep living, and taking care of Keiichi's needs. But he runs away from it all... just to learn - the hard way - of how an affair can blossom, and what consequences it might bring! Will the experience keep their relationship alive, or will it separate them in the end? A romantic story about how a love can endure even the greatest ordeal in life.

Last story killed the whole manga for me.

7 for first and second stories, 1 for the third. I'd say what I think about horrible seme, pitiful uke and weird bff, but xxxmikileexxx already said it all, there's really nothing to add.

A Bit More Variety Maybe?

All the characters look the same to me. I am sorry, but I just can't tell them apart, it was like seeing them getting a different hair cut. All the uke's personalities were also so similar it was just annoying.
That being said, if it weren't for the third story, I would have liked this more. Infidelity is most definitely a difficult theme to tackle and that's why I feel the third story failed in that aspect, because it was precisely this matter which was brought completely centre stage.
It's not like I don't get why Megumu would always take Keiichi back, but there wasn't enough space to get me involved in their lief and understand their quirks. I really do believe that Megumu if shown a bit more greedy would have made this story much more enjoyable.

Would be more accurate for these stupid ukes, but unfortunately I know some people just like them or worse so my rating reflects the mangaka's effort. Also the good Seme who made them see the light.

I hate infidelities with a passion. That being so, I really dislike the last chapter. If it had been one time and just a kiss, maybe, but 5 times is really too pitiful, especially with his bff urging his to take the cheater back. If my bff's bf cheated on her, I would had been like hell no. Don't go back to that unfaithful dog. But I understand it's different in real life gay relationships. It's so much harder to find someone that's also gay or bi that when you do, it's difficult to let go for fear of never being loved again. Therefore I understood why he went back to his partner, but seriously. This guy has practically nothing good about him. He's a habitual cheater. He's a constant liar, or more like he constantly breaks his promise to never do it again, which is just as bad. He's jobless. He depends on the uke for his daily bread and yet does nothing helpful in return. And he chased his sex buddy instead of checking on the one he supposedly loved when he got pushed down the stairs. Enough said. That guy's a douche. I don't care that he was feeling insecure (that's why we have mouths to talk it out) there's absolutely no reason for cheating.

I've never a fan of cheating story but this psycho cheated 5 times and he enjoyed it
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The seme was the one who suggest they become lovers instead of sex buddy so they will only have each other. Its ironic that he the one who broke that promise. He said that he cheated because he felt insecure due to his unemployment. But he cheated before that so that was a sad excuse. He also cheats for "passionate sex after cheating"? Its gross and full of STDs. And "seeing the uke crying makes him happy" He is not simply sadistic, but a true douchebag.
The uke says he is glad that the seme come back to him after cheating. What a self-destructive and depressive thought. Many cheaters come back to one partner who is most convenient, best sex, least likely to get angry, or simply the cheater got used to that person around. No necessary love. Since if there is real and strong love, no one would cheat

The rest of the stories are cute, just the last one is horrible.

sweet stories with various takes on the topic of infidelity. i loved the first story. it was typical but so cute and sweet that i forgave all the predictability. second story was rather cute as well. third story was also sweet from an objective pov, but i really can't take forgiving infidelity, especially with a character as underdeveloped as keiichi or whatever his name was. couldn't feel sorry for him, especially since he's such a jealous hypocrite anyways -____-

The last story killed it for me, I can't take unfaithfulness. I kept hoping the uke would dump that good for nothing cheater. Unfortunately he's one of those week characters that keeps forgiving so... -__- also the friend makes me angry, not helping at all. Grrrr the rest of the manga is nice, just that last story *stabs stabs stabs*

I seriously loved the third one "Don't be so strict"! It's heartrendering to know that your lover doesnt take you seriously when you tried to break up with him! And I think Megumu should just go with the doctor guy! They look good together and I believe he wouldn't break his heart!

And I like the second part too. Though I found it too short. I can't say anything about the first part except that Kanzaki oddly reminds me too much of Claude (Kuroshitsuji)... Then there was the spin off in chapter two that made me smile! She predicted the future O_o?

I really liked "A Place for Half a Rent", I didn't think it dragged like some people have said, and at the same time it didn't rush either. I thought the pace was good, the art is so cute, and the chibis are just adorable. It was funny at times, especially Kanzaki's expressionless face XD Not great in terms of plot, but not bad either. The cuteness of the art makes up for all of it's short-comings though. 8.5/10.

Second story was alright. Quite short and not much of a conclusion. I liked the ending though haha.

Didn't like the final story. I hate stories about infidelity anyway, unless the person who has been wronged makes a clean break from their cheating other half and finds happiness elsewhere. If it's just one mistake then it's sometimes nice to see the couple work through it and resolve their issues, but I can't stand stories like this one where they get back together after countless affairs. I wouldn't have cared if it were an open relationship, but when one person is hurt because of it like in this chapter, then I couldn't enjoy it.
