The art is quite nice and all
The plot was refreshing since its quite unique but the storyline is a little bit too much cliche same goes for the characters also the character development is an ok I guess.
A strong and selfless princess who did not know she was a princess,she had powers,an idiot when it comes to love,needs load of advice and is not honest when in comes to her feelings of love just for her sister,will ending up inlove with someone and be a princess that needs saving and basically that
A dependent and childish princess who is very dependent and always want to play,has a power to stop the elder princess powers,I love him and falls in love with another person later on,immature,crybaby,can be selfish sometimes,will make anyone who she is interested in and powerful to be her bodyguard,and much more predictable stuff and barely has any character development.
And all the characters barely have anything interesting and cliche
The enjoyment is bad too for a whole load of people because of all the seriousness and clicheness but its a little bit nice I give it that.
For being a 2005 manga I will give it a 6 since the artstyle is good and for its enjoyment for its taget enjoyment is good since its serious and all plus its a good manga that came from long ago and djring that times this would be charming and lovely.
I wont recommend this manga to anyone since its unfinished and not that much good it would be good for people who wants a strong heroine with mysterious powers and likes clicheness.Its also good for people who can read japanese and reads novels and unfinished mangas.

The story was really wonderful, the art was good as well; I'd agree with few other reviewers about how it seem similar to Akagami no Shirayukihime story. I was disappointed that this manga was discontinued, although we weren't able to see the entire story of what actually happened, nonetheless, it was a wonderful historic romantic story. It's worth the read, just be patience of the lack of storyline.

it's good.. I like it. The story's a bit similar to akagami no shirayukihime (just a bit), I got the same feeling when I read them both anyway.

I hope Weisha end up with Talon instead...

This is a nice manhua (the only one I've ever read), but it's sad that the author got sick and couldn't continue the story. She published it as a book, though, and you can find a quick summary online, so it's not that big of a deal. It wasn't that deep or impressive, but I liked it.

It's a time killer I guess (even though it really doesn't kill all that much time). It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. And what's more it's on hiatus...
The art is alright, and the storyline is kind of predictable. It's a bit too fast paced for me to be realistic or anything more than skin deep. There weren't any major flaws though.

Don't think I would recommend this to someone looking for a serious story...

I had a hunt around the internet, and the more I look, the more I'm doubting. I've checked around wikipedia, looked for its official website (which died by the way). When I finally came across some finance records, it seems like the company will disband soon. I've also checked around a couple of other sites (to see if such a manhua volume exists), no luck.

So even if it was, I'm curious, was this a licensed manhua that was never published?

I do. If they are called "Knight Princess" and don't deserve the name manhua. I was greatly disappointed: The story was good, but it's highly predictable, the characters are average & totally cliché - I mean it, read a few pages and you know what I mean. The dumb girl who doesn't understand what love means, the annoying bodyguard who falls in love with you-know-whom, the princess who is a total crybaby and always wants to play....
I could complain about the characters the whole day, seriously. I can't relate to them in any way. Art is good, actually good to very good. Maybe this and the argument of the plot - you wouldn't think such would exist.... but it's really okay, and I can't complain much about it - led to my rating.
That said, I give it 2 points. It doesn't deserve any more.
So and now I'll stop at volume 3, chapter 12. Sorry, I won't endure this anymore. And since it's unfinished anyway, who cares.
First time I'm happy about noticing the "Unfinished"-sign.

I really like this manga and the drawings are pretty. I'm just sad that the mangaka stopped this manga at volume 4 and continued it with a novel, which means no more pretty drawings, but i still love it.

This manhua is one my favorite ever! i'm just really mad, that the group stop translating ....this manhua is my opinion is recommended

At first, I read this cause I like the genre but after a few volume I become bored although the political story is good but I can't stand about the romance between yashi and whoever he is.
The worst thing is the ending, even in this site says unfinished, but actually the mangaka has finished it but not in actual manga rather in novel styled in last chapter!
