Not exceptional but it's good

I was hooked in by how this manhwa started and I thought the entire ride was gonna be as good, but I was disappointed on the flow of story. As the plot progress it turned a bit bland to me even if the author is trying to execute some melodrama like of a plot. It didn't keep my interest till the end as much as I expected it would considering the high ratings. I would still not stop people from reading but I don't think it would be part of my recommendations since its forgettable.

A Manipulative Kind of Sad

I'm sorry for being such a prick here, but this manhwa is just too melodramatic. It just focused on how sad everything is. Not once did I sense a good kind of happiness experienced by the characters. Yea, there were sweet moments, but the elated feeling is all but frail. I was skimming through the pages just to find out who dies in the end - and that's not a good sign. Thankfully the plot went by so fast.

It's korean drama cliche but beautifully drawn and nice story telling. The bittersweet romance and tragedy touched me.
If there's one cliche manga i can read multiple times and still appreciate it, this is it.

There's depth in every characters. Basically a typical old Korean drama plot, where someone got cancer and then die in the end
I didn't want to read this at first, cause well, it's going to be freaking sad, but I was trying to get over Chocolat (by the same illustrator) since it seems to be discontinued...

I normally try not to read manhwa because I find it unnecessarily over dramatic. However, I decided to take a risk this time, and I was not disappointed. There's drama, of course, but I didn't feel as if one thing was resolved just to introduce a new problem.

The story itself isn't wholly about star-crossed lovers either, but about the relationships between these three people and their relationships.

The ending is a little abrupt and surprising, but not in a bad way, and still provides closure.

I love this story, even if in the end it's getting sad.
It's definetly one of my favourite manhwas, there were times i felt like crying and screaming due to the ppl's selfishness...
I am really moved right now.

was nice i try to skip through so i can finish it like the mother's fights the old men talking about business and other stuff bad guys planning bad stuff and all other boring things... i was upset since our main couple kept separating every time them met and the one i hated the most was the short black hair girl that was always around Joon-young she was selfish and annoying..

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
i hated that loser girl and no one did anything about her Joon-young found out from Hae-in's mom about the lie that girl told Hae-in and her mom about Joon-young being dead and that girl sure was creepy.

at the end it was sad what happend to Joon-young and also what im confused about is the last page of last volume was that Joon-young's kid or what i hate is when things are shown that way at the end did Hae-in get married or not?

i want to cry but cuz i would get headache i try to control myself though im am getting a headache for lack of sleep

You know how when your read something that is really close to your heart, you can feel your heart beating? You can feel your chest heaving... You can feel the rock upon your chest and the pain with which you're able to breathe. This is that sort of manhwa.

The best I read in a while

I have just finished reading this manhwa - I read the whole 5 volumes in only two days. I usually like the series that talk about developing love and how feelings change with time, but this story proved to be a top rated one to me. the whole story really makes my heart aches as I sympathies with almost every character in it.
I think that the manhwa is based on the drama, since there are some unclear points in it which are made as a matter of fact - probably explained in the drama. that is why I really want to watch the drama, but I don't want to see the same heartbreaking end again.
