60% Wholesome, 40% Pretty Fucking Weird

The main couple's antics are like the cutest thing ever.
But as others have complained, the content with the female teacher being with a 14 year old student is pretty fucking weird... More because she honestly has some predatory behavior towards the 14 year old... Like intentionally manipulating a situation to have one on one classes with them. Not to say that something like that can't be explored in fiction, but I do think that painting that kinda behavior in an implied romantic lens gets creepy honestly. Especially when it's in the background of a wholesome couples manga.
Haven't finished reading though, so thoughts may change.

Very cute, soured by all the age gap sidecouples BS as well as intermissions

The main couple is great, the ending could've been better. But it's very much worth a read.
As for sidecouples... It wouldn't have been hard to make Hinohara not predatory, while keeping the subplot intact. It's good, but her BS is hard to ignore. The bus couple subplot makes no sense whatsoever.
Overall, the intermissions are generally hit or miss, and absolutely butcher the pacing of already weaker last stretch of the story.

Honestly I’d ignore the comments about the side couple (the classmate and music teacher) as it’s literally a manga and this was made from the east not the west, like accept that different areas have common troupes that people enjoy, people in the west are the only ones I’ve ever seen complain about FICTIONAL adult x minor relationships and even then as long at you don’t do it in real life or wait til they r an adult and they come to you then I think it’s fine if you didn’t feel anything towards them until they became an adult so stop complaining this shit is common as hell in manga and in the Japanese culture

Somehow my favourite couple was Doi and Utsumi but they got the least number of chapters.

Great Main Couple, but the rest I can do without

Pros:
- I absolutely love the main couple; they may be one of my favorites ever, honestly, They're very cute and relatable, and they really make me want to root for them. They communicate really well, and there isn't a lot of needless drama between them like you find in a lot of other shoujo.
- Lesbians! There is more than one, and they're real characters, not just there to add conflict or to be sexual. I wish they could be happier, but where they are seems pretty realistic too. One of them has made me tear up feeling for her more than once.
Cons:
- This is my biggest issue: All the kid/adult relationships are really weird and squicky for me, especially coupled with the all emphasis on the main couple still being young and going through puberty together. Like, I've read student/teacher relationships where the kid is in high school and been fine with it, but it feels especially creepy here in middle school. (And it doesn't escape my notice that the one age-inappropriate student/teacher relationship where the adult is a man instead of a woman, and the student is a girl instead of a boy, is the one that isn't going to go anywhere...because that would definitely be seen as predatory, but somehow it isn't the other way around??)
- The chapter layouts are not great. There's full chapters, but then there's 'intermissions', which are just as important and essential for the story as the chapters, but they're shorter (like 7-15 pages). As a result with the releases, it can be hard to tell if you're missing something because the intermissions end up labeled '35.5, 35.6, 35.7', ...but there's no set number of intermissions between chapters, so you could go from 35.7 to chapter 36, and accidentally miss intermission 35.8.
- It is sooooo slow. There's been 10 chapters (along with a several intermissions, to be fair) released in the past five years, and it's still ongoing. The end seems like it's in sight, but honestly I'd wait until this is completed to pick it up if you're going to. The way the manga is laid out also makes it difficult to pick up again midway, because it's hard to keep track of where exactly you left off if you're between 'chapters'.
tl;dr: Great main couple and a light story that ultimately I recommend for now, but maybe be prepared to skip through some things that are uncomfortable, and also probably wait until it's complete 🙂
Edit: Upon completion - meh. I still enjoyed the main couple for the most part, but some of their stuff felt rushed at the end (and the epilogue didn't really work for me). Maybe it would be better if read all together, but since I ended up hating pretty much every other couple so much, I don't think I could read this again. Dropping the rating down to a six, and the fact that it isn't lower is 100% for Kanata, Kazuki, and Shiki. All that being said, if you can get past the adult-child relationships (this is a work of fiction, so you do you! I just personally couldn't suspend my disbelief enough, at least with the way the story was presented), you'd probably enjoy this a lot more than I did - so consider this your heads up as to what you're in for.

QUITE WONDERFUL

The story is moving and intriguing because the characters are almost all loving and innocent, and yet they are moving continually forward toward a time when at least the main couple will have to put innocence aside. It makes the childish sweetness of temperament of most of the kids, including them, all the more precious now, around the middle of the story.
As is often said as a kind of motif to the story, the main couple, are "mature", which turns out to mean that they are serious about looking out for each other's interests. For that reason, and the fact that they are only 14, I can't imagine how this will turn out, and that makes the story continually intriguing. It's an unusually good manga!

with the introduction of the morally reprehensible teacher-student relationship. Until then, it had been a great series with the relationship between the main characters, but now I can't recommend this piece of trash to anyone.

This was a really good read :)

This was quite nice. I'm a little bummed that it was a little short while still ongoing...I like all the relationships they shown us so far but I'm pretty surprised that there was so much age-gap affections as well. StudentxTeacher is definitely my favorite one.

Wow, I really liked it.

I didn't expect to enjoy this manga at all, but it was pretty cute! I love how there's so little drama and how any misunderstandings/problems are immediately resolved. Even though the main characters aren't as mature as adults, they are definitely act beyond their age during various situations--I really love that!
This manga, so far, focuses on 4 potential pairings (no love triangle though). It also features 2 other relationships every now and then. I love everyone!
