Cute story not at all a weird lolicon story
by Theoneyedsnake

The story was ok, it reminded me of the manga Little Witch’s Collier, but the personalities of the mains were reversed and the story was of course different.

I was hesitant to read this story since the title implied it would be some weird lolicon story where a guy is in love with a young girl. But it turned out not to be a lolicon story but rather a cute story with ok art.

Overall it was a cute and easy read, but the story could've had much better development if it was longer by a few chapters. It would've been nice to see a flashforward ending where Uika has grown up...

Such pure love...

Oh wow that was a good manga.

God I swear I cried so much from how touching this story was! It wasn't sad, but it's so heartwarming to read!! The devil is a sweet person at heart, and while this is not original at all, his relationship with the little girl is SO FREAKING ADORABLE that i cry just looking at it.

In fact, I was so absorbed with it that I ended up crying more when the series ended. I wanted to read more!!!! The little girl is super pure, which might be offputting to some, but her effect on a soft-hearted demon just makes me so dang sentimental. Their relationship is a typical romance--far from it. It's just an unbreakable bond that is as pure as white snow.

Their relationship is closer than friendship, thicker than blood, and purer than romance. But it's definitely love. :')

Simply Brilliant

Fantastic artwork, compelling storyline and well timed humour come together in this 16 chapter bundle that is adequately sized. The lack of cliche's or cheesy romance make it a read worth even for adults. While initially I expected a girl to be swooning over her new found hubby, the story turned out to be more about the lack of love an orphan faces and how the demon become part of her family - the concept that she so sorely misses. It's a warm and touching tale and definitely recommended.

9 because a 10 for me should have more re-readability and greater character development.

The male lead is not your typical lolicon.
It's really entertaining.
I've been avoiding loli stuff for a while, but I find this really intriguing because of various good comments.
And I definitely didn't regret reading this one.

i'm a diehard lolicon/ shotacon, and though i like the ecchi kind, i adore even more these kind of moe, non-sexual love between a kid and an adult. all the characters are just too cute. i know, these guys are too idyllic and the plot too convenient, but it doesn't matter because the comedy and cuteness is all that matters.

I can't help but love this manga since the first chapter. It's a cute manga that is fulled with lovable characters that even if they do something bad you can't hate them for it. It did end to soon I wish there was more. This cute little story any shojo fan would love it

read the ending. it was nice and well..cute! it was a short manga having 16 chapters, I wanted it to be long like 20 or more chapters. wish the mangaka add an extra chapter where Uika is all grown-up and having a happy life with everybody! Loved this manga.I laugh and gave me DOKI-DOKI and AWW moments!

Can't help but love it

I always feel really conflicted about how to rate this kind of manga, namely, the kind of manga that I rationally know isn't very good, but I love anyways.
Let's start off by clearing the air. Yes, the girl is a grade schooler. Yes, the guy is much older. But their relationship isn't sexual; it's barely romantic and very pure, so anyone who's screaming, "Pedo!" is reading way too much into it.
The premise is confusing. The mangaka doesn't thoroughly explain the limitations of wishing, nor does she explain how Hell and demon quotas work. It's an annoying but forgivable oversight, especially since the manga feels more episodic and sitcom-y as opposed to a very plot-based work. The manga also suffers from having an abundance of cliches (godly nice child, demon with a heart of gold, and a priest whose nature runs counter to his profession). The main character in particular suffers from selfless heroine syndrome, and the fact that she's a child is helpful in some ways (because children are often seen as pretty guileless) but is annoying in others (because kids aren't that generous).
That being said, the humor in this manga's pretty good (I particularly enjoyed the demon trio). Again, this is more of a guilty pleasure type of read. It honestly isn't very good from a purely objective perspective. But I'm really attached to it, so if you have some spare time you should at least look at a few chapters.
