She acts like a typical shoujo MC which is hilarious, because it really highlights how childish a lot of those MC's act, their actions make sense when she does it b.c she is a child.

I like the idea of not simply brushing off children. While yes most will change their minds as they get older, they are still people with feelings and voices they'd like heard. Nobody at any age likes being dismissed.

As long as this doesn't go into pedo territory & they continue to have the characters grow, I think I will continue to enjoy this.

Ridiculously Adorable~!

I love that the heroine is a 4-5 year old girl not yet in kindergarten, but not only that, she's also quite knowledgeable for a girl her age, and hilarious to boot! XD

The cover put me off a bit at first, but as soon as I started reading, I immediately adored the art, along with the female and male lead.

Rino is suuuuuuuuuuuuper cute~! Her reaction to things are actually spot-on and quite funny at that. I found myself laughing at several of her thoughts and actions, as well as agreeing with them, for the most part lol.

And Kazuki is adoable as well, what with his shy nature and awkwardness around others, mainly females. It helps that he's a hunk too lol.

As strange as the premise sounds, I find it to be a rather refreshing and great read so far. If you want a cute shoujo with an adorable heroine and equally adorable male lead, then this is for you. Don't let the age-gap thing put you off. It's a lot better than it sounds. 😀

Hilarious

I am in love. This manga keeps me laughing. Rino has such wonderful ideas. I don't even remember my kindergarten days except for crying on the first day, but that is completely irrelevant. I am looking forward to more of her antics. I wonder how she will be when she gets older.
Kazuki, on the other hand, is adorable. He's a shy guy who prefers to look down while speaking and occupy corners. Believe it or not, he's afraid of girls. Rino being the valiant girl she is, promises to protect him. That particular scene cracked me up. I think Kazuki and Rino balance each other out perfectly. Rino's bubbly attitude is in sharp contrast to his shyness. I would be completely fine if they start dating when she's in high school. In fact I am rooting for it.
Looking forward to more of this manga. Thank you for scanlating this. It totally made my day.

This is an adorable story about a precocious little girl who has firmly decided that she will marry the school's shy nutritionist. I don't much care for the usual lovelorn middle-school girl of shoujo romance, but when a preschooler decides that she is ready to walk the thorny path of love -- it's just too cute! It feels fresh, and the girl's earnest feelings are done just right.

A great first chapter, and one I relate to!

I can't believe how great this first chapter is! I went through the comments (on Batoto) first, and even looked at the spoiler page, but even so it surprised me how well put together it was!

The cuteness is great, but this chapter also shows how many adults forget the way they thought as a kid. I thought some of the same thoughts as the Main Cutie when I was a kid, although in a different context, and I swore I'd never forget. Today, kids generally like me because I treat them like people. I talk to them, not over their heads to the other adults. I meet them where they are.

But back to the chapter, it was amusing, cute, well plotted, and well characterized. I want to give it a 10, but since there's only one chapter... Ah, whatever, a 10 it is!

It's too adorable!

Talk about cute! The female lead is just awesome. I'm not much of a shoujo reader, but this one was worth the read (even at only one chapter). Rino is a strong female lead, even if she isn't the tomboyish or all powerful girl-type. Yet her character definitely screams "SHOUJO CHARACTER!" And she's not the usual small child type either (she kind of reminds me of Hikawa Kyouko's Miriam - just a bit more self-involved :3).

And the main male character, Kazuki, is really funny. He's a shy, gloomy scaredy-cat, who happens to be more pure than the girl! I'm hoping he doesn't turn out to be the horribly complicatedly tragic type. So far, his gloominess is played more for laughs and is rather light-hearted, but we'll see.

The plot is technically a typical one, except that it takes place in a kindergarten/grade school with a HUGE age gap between characters (a warning for some of you who don't like that). The romance is largely one-sided (on Rino's part). I've only found one chapter in English, and I haven't found any raws even though it already has 2 volumes.

I certainly recommend this to any shoujo lover or manga lover in general.
