Both leads are really damaged and really horrible and also not too bright. They're pretty nuts. However, they seem to like each other, so whatever floats their boats.

Nirasawa still works hard to protect Kabu in this one, and does a good job of it (well, relatively).

I found the main story line boring and didn't like how Nirasawa progressively became weaker, but other than that, no complaints. The art is quite good, the smut is hot. Nobody is annoying. Comparatively a gem.

God damn.

"X side" (from Pink Gold 7) has one of the hottest BL sex scenes I have ever read, hands-down. Will definitely be revisiting this one.

Edit: "X side 3" is just as steamy. Ike Reibun, you are the queen!

the art was suited for this, the yakuza looked scary and all and the main two were so handsome. the story here was much about the yakuza crap which didnt interest me soooo much, but i enjoyed each scene with Kabu and Narisawa~~ those two were perfect together!!~ i wish there would be more lovey-dovey scenes!!!~ i didnt really mind the bloody stuff, i like yakuza but i think here was it all a bit too much, kinda, i wanted to see more of the couple, but anyway this manga was good~!!~
and i dont think that Narisawa was a yandere hmmm....tho that one time it almost got bloody xD
and i feel like Kabu didnt really confess properly xD tho he was so cute, damn both were so adorable~~~

I love yakuza themed BL.
Bi no Isu was pretty nice. The combination of yakuza, rough sex, torture and even love is something I go for 10 out of 10 times. But as with most (especially recent) Ike Reibun stories, the uke just goes from tough to girl in a heartbeat. And he unfortunately never reverts back, besides a chapter or two where he's not next to, or thinks of Kabu.
The "manly gay couple" tag only fits physically. I get being in love and all, but damn, Nirasawa just doesn't act like a man. Isn't he supposed to be yakuza?
The sex was pretty hot, but I wished Nirasawa would stop crying all the time.

As far as the plot goes, it wasn't anything original and I honestly didn't feel like keeping up.

I'm not sure why I haven't heard of this manga until recently. The art is great, and the story is just as good. I wasn't sure what to think about the main characters and their relationship, though... it's very twisted and definitely not healthy at all. I don't like how the uke seems to be brainwashed and/or utterly submissive to the seme. I like that the uke is not actually helpless, but he is more than helpless when it comes to the seme. I think more balance in their relationship and perhaps even a seke/seke thing between them would have made this manga a 10 for me.

Seriously... it's one of my favourite mangas out there. You can't come across this in a really long time. Storyline is great, art is magnificent, and the heated scenes are simply the best. You'll actually regret it if you miss out on reading this. Bi no Isu was superb and this sequel just really satisfies and really brings the entire piece together. I have had my fair share of manga, and I've disliked a lot, so this review should really enlighten people. It's good. Just trust!!

Ah, nothing like good ol' yakuza love to finish the night. I really can't wait for an update. The prequel was already awesome, so what to say of this sequel so far? The art is top notch, as you would expect from Ike Reibun-sensei, and it helps that there is a solid and interesting plot. I love both Nirasawa and Kabu-san, although the former seems to me a little off character compared to the events of Bi no Isu where he's more on the cold, tough side I reckon... either way, the smut is great too. Totally recommend it if you're into the mafia underworld and in for a cruel yet caring seme who loves his dependent, tough uke. Ah.
