Simple story, without any new ideas or difficult topics. Main couple looks cute, sex scenes are hot, and if you have a mouth fetish this is story is for you.

It was going to be fun at first...but later as always... I don't understand the whole concept, how Tsuji is treated like love rival out of nowhere here?! He sexualy abused Mimori, forced him twice, telling Mimori it's his fault! Mimori never considered him as potential partner, it was Yuma from the beggining, and here we have Tsuji, who is treated as someone who has a chance to win Mimori's heart....what?! And Yuma and Mimori behave like they need to prove their love to him...this is insane, where did it come from?! ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ Very poorly thought out character profiles...

A passionate and intense read

I love this manga so much. It's so adorable and has just as much fluff as it does smut, which is always a plus. Mimori and Itsuki are both dorky and there are plenty of comedic moments between the two as well. I think what I find charming about this couple is that they're very ordinary and normal, especially in their daily lives and the way they are with each other.

The start of their relationship is unorthodox and mostly due to Mimori's sexual proclivities involving his mouth being an erogenous zone for him. Mimori's inexperience with being able to experience a normal and healthy relationship due to his complex revolving his mouth has him seeking out Itsuki's companionship. On the other hand, Itsuki, a dentist, finds his interest piqued at Mimori's reactions during a routine check-up and is subsequently attracted to Mimori on a more physical level initially.

As the story progresses, the two learn to love each other for reasons beyond just Mimori's mouth. I find that their relationship is very sweet and passionate, despite their reasons for initially being interested in each other.

In regards to the licensed translations, it does appear to have some minor grammar errors here and there. Using "erected" in places where "erect" should be, and "anal" in places where "anus/ass" should be. Additionally, there is one scene that I believe to be a translation error considering that the scene wouldn't exactly make sense otherwise.

Chapter 12 spoiler about something that happens in chapter 11.

Many readers believe it to be a scene where Itsuki is victim blaming Mimori for getting sexually assaulted in his sleep by Tsuji. During the scene, Itsuki says "Silence gives consent, right?," but it doesn't really make sense considering before that the dialogue was specifically about whether Mimori felt good from his mouth/the kiss with Tsuji when he was touched. Mimori's internal monologue goes on to say that he only felt good because he thought it was Itsuki kissing him in a dream. I believe that this is a potential mistranslation and that Itsuki was perhaps trying to say something along the lines of "Your silence means yes, right?," in regards to him feeling good from the kiss. This is, however, my own opinion and thoughts regarding the scene, since I found it to read a bit strangely considering the context of the scene and what was said.

Difficult to turn brain off to, even for people who just want smut

Normally I just accept that 2D personalities and lack of common sense are just vehicles to get to sex. Nothing wrong with that when you just want smut. And I love reading bad yaoi, so the more nonsensical leaps of logic, the better. I don't even comment on it anymore.

But this. This actually made me a viscerally angry. I can accept that the couple only works because the MC has a mouth fetish and the ML is a dentist. I've liked worse chemistry. What I CAN'T stand is the ML's entire personality-- barely existent, and what is there is bad.

I'll accept him instantly lashing out at the MC after the MC's sister texted the MC just about losing an earring at his place. I mean, I hate it, but that's par for the course for bad romances. What I can't accept is that the MC was literally raped by his coworker, and felt extremely guilty about it because he thought this counted as him cheating on the ML (the coworker said that. That's right, the rapist said that what he did to the MC counts as cheating on the ML. This dude has his own sequel too, which, wtf). And the ML proceeds to say, quote, "Silence gives consent," which, if this isn't clear, SILENCE IS NOT CONSENT. HOLY SHT DUDE. HOW DID YOU MESS THIS UP TWICE. And then they have a half assed apology that doesn't even cover what the base issue is and we're just supposed to be like "aw, kokoro go doki doki???" The sex is not nearly good enough for me to brush that off.

The MC doesn't even fight back because his personality is "uwu baby bottom with social anxiety" which fine whatever, archetypes are archetypes, but every chapter just makes everything worse, and then they expect us to just accept the slapdash apology after every incident and the fact that they just go on as if nothing happened is just... so much worse than in other bad yaoi I've read. At least the rapey and not at all romantic ones are have either an undertone of apathy or irony, or some wild sex scenes, and this has neither

I guess that's what it is-- a bare bones middle ground. If you just started reading yaoi and have only read soft romances, but you want to test the waters of more hardcore stuff. Because this sure is satisfying neither
