i know this will probably piss off some people but i gotta have my own opinion
i remember that years ago when i first stumbled upon this, i freaking loved it.it was one of the first isekai manhwas I've ever read(might be the first one actually),so it was all unique and extremely exciting and the art was gorgeous and still is.but as time went by it has lost its charm for me cuz i already read a ton of other isekais,even found better ones than this ,so when i found something other than this to compare i kind of realized this is boring as hell.
i feel like MC s just a mary sue kind of character,even though she has some trauma which didnt really make me feel anything.because at the end of the day she's perfect,everyone adores her for some reason like its an adoration that goes against logic(i agree with pzcolo).like some of the characters lives just for her even though story tries to makes us believe she is lonely and sad,idk.its an overused trope and i hate it.though thats not to say i didnt read this type of trope ,of course i got exposed too much to this trope and thats exactly why im so sick of it now.I dont care about her,shes just an object to make readers place themselves in her place to feel special about all the attention she gets from other characters,i feel like thats exactly whats going on.she doesnt have much of a presence on her own,isnt such a written well character.her design is cute but that is all,she has no personality and i wont accept the excuse thats because she had traumatic experiences.
it doesnt make sense to me why she has so much love for claude.yes i know she was an orphan so she longes for parental love but as a reader i just dont think readers has much of a reason to like him except he's hot and thats make it aaaaall better in the end.No, just,no.screw him,he's just an asshole.
i think the art style is really cute but it kinda annoys me now,everyone has a baby face and just irritates me to look at them,even though art is good i kinda hate it too.i dont want to come off as im contradicting myself its just that its only good from objective perspective?I mean whoever looks at this art would say its not bad, at the very least,yk?
anyway another thing is,like i think it has too many fanservice.not as in nudity,but claude has way too many "cool and sexy" poses or expressions all the time.and since the webtoons main theme is supposed to be love between father and daughter it feels wrong and gross to see all those panels with claude's fanservice when he is in the same panel with his daughter.and i think his robe outfit is stupid and bad too,it feels off.thats exactly what im talking about when i say fanservice.sigh its annoying,no one actually thinks aww its so cute they are having a family moment or something,everyone is too busy to inspect every corner of claude's hot face and his annoyed/detested look and thirst over him for hours.I think it was a huge mistake to make the main theme of the comic about the father-daughter relationship.i can respect people who admits that they are here just for 'daddy' claude.💪👅or lucas i guess.why people doesnt show as much love for my boi ezekiel😭😭 😪(lol,no really)
another weird thing is that shes so starved from familial love that she acts like an actual kid and wants love from this man,err...her father.he's around the same age as you before you died!Like wtf.it doesnt make any sense,and we all know claude is carrying the whole webtoon on his shoulders with his hotness🙄
love interests are also boring,and especially lucas is annoying.i dont think anyone would ever love him in real life with his obnoxious personality,unless he is sexy in real life too.its just beauty and no personality for all these chatacters,so maybe keep that in mind.they're not particularly smart either.its so stupid that lucas is like 200(?) yrs old and still acts young,like he's the shit.it dumb and gross.
when i was skimming over the chapters i stumbled upon the scene where she is bowing in front of her father the emperor,actually she's literally slumped on the ground,and he's pissed at her all of a sudden because how dare she make him care for her or some bs(people love this shit,when some sexy asshole acts like this,i mean.would sell their souls to be in her place even cuz he's hot).and just starts to vents his anger on her(that was so cringy on his part,like,youre an emperor.its so stupidly illogical.dont even tell me it happens.only the cringy ML webtoon emperors does this shit lol)and she gets has her moment where her true power comes out 😲and everyone is in shock,and just.....that scene was so freaking embarrasing.then she bolts out of the ball room dramatically(not before asserting her dominance and wishes him happy birthday,coolly, anyway), second ml runs after her,checks on her ankle when she trips over and then,unexpectedly,a single tear rolls down her rosy cheek...oh nooo😢😭😭😭

it was impossible to read that part without laughing from all the cringe.
this scene alone screams main character syndrome,but there is no need to justify her actions by saying 'wHat DO you eXPect,sHE wAs ostRaciZED by her DAD in a baLLrOoM FULL of NOBLESs?!?' because its not about her its about readers.the comic exists,this whole trope actually,for the sole reason of stroking readers ego and flaming our main character syndrome.hate this kind of manhwas.
every veteran reader will find a way to keep their main character syndrome alive in an actual well-executed and interesting manwha anyway😏😏we dont need this awfully mid manwha,this is an obviously inferior choice,is all I'm saying.

i could leave this alone but i just thought that this had way too many positive reviews and needed some negative(but honest)review too.anyways i do think this would make a good start for those who are new to webtoons/manhwas and are on the younger side(14-17 yo maybe)
