this comment is for all people who have heard that naruto is good u all should know its just a bunch of crap . First naruto is not original at all ( if u have read flame of recca u will understand what i mean ) . Second mangaka is just draging a story to no where and i bet it will have a stupid ending ... Third naruto is stupid (and not stupid in a funny way ) also comedy is less than average for shounen manga ....All narutards who warship this manga try reading some shonen like claymore ,death note, majin tantei nogami neuro ,kekkaishi these 4 are far better shounen than naruto ...
P.S i rated it 6 just because of respect that somehow i managed to read till 343 chapter

... but lately, it's disappointing, just like Bleach.

I liked Naruto very much until Shippuden and I'm still a fan, but I'm mainly only interested in how the story'll end and in Sasuke's team now. All my favorite characters besides Sasuke are either absent or dead now and well... a manga doesn't get better just because you kill of characters to make it more dramatic. Shippuden is like DBZ, they push one character (in this case Naruto) to the top, making him the only one who can make a difference, etc.

Naruto had so much potential. Zabuza and Haku were great and so was the Rescue Sasuke!-arc and pretty much everything before Shippuden IMO. I like the Akatsuki, but Kishimoto just pushes them, makes them look strong, immortal, etc. just to kill them off while demonstrating Naruto's or some other ninja's power that way.

Do I have to say how much I loooove this series 😕 No, I don't.
It is so well thought out, not to mention, the art is great, and Mashimoto has been getting better and better at drawing. It's such a bit hit, that I don't have to tell people that I recommend it, since everyone else clearly recommends it too! ><
It's made me cry countless of times

The time when Naruto fought Gaara, about how Naruto told him not to feel alone
When Jiraya died T^T and when Sasuke found out the truth about Itachi's intentions (more tears)
And I cired when Asuma (dat his name?) died too...well, and other times that I can't remenber now

Naruto is about so many things. About love, loyalty, friendship, and determination. It's about pain and trying to create that peace that we know will never happen. But if it's worth a try, Naruto would do it. He wants peace just as much as the rest of the world wants. No one wants to see suffering anymore. And Naruto makes me think about everything. Yes, he's like many other shounen heroes, determined. But I actually am inspired because of him. Because he fights for justice, for the good.
My favorite quote from it,

"When people get hurt, they learn to hate. When people hurt others, they become hated and are racked with guilt. But knowing that pain allows people to be kind. Pain helps people grow."

Spoiler? Also, although I dislike any stories where people come back alive cough cough BLEACH, I'm honestly alright with the recent chapters (like 500 something so on). In fact, i think it's brilliant! I mean it really ties up any misunderstandings between people (like Sai and his bro, or even Gaara and his dad) and it's really touching T__T

oh yeah, and to those who say that the arcs are almost all the same, I think it's the same with almost any other shounen...i mean, the main theme i think in these typical shounen stories is that you become stronger and stronger through each battle and each defeat and come back with new techniques :/ i don't think this is something that Masashi Kishimoto should get bashed on ><;

Naruto is one of those mangas which you deem to be cliche and refuse to read it, but once one chapter is read, wow. You have to admire Naruto's and other characters' determination and courage, and some parts of the manga move you so much. It's supernatural but with its reasonable limits with the same attributes of human emotions and romance as in reality, as well as many twists and suspense. I recommend it.

Thats all i hate about this manga.WHY DONT HE CHANGE THE NAME FROM NARUTO TO SASUKE??WHY 😕 ..The mangaka give to much spotlight to this stupid character..i hope he just die in that battle with the 8th tail..but nooee he still alive...boooo SASUKE boo...Poor NARUTO dump to shit alone in the shadow of that bastard...poor poor naruto..dont worry NARUTO me Baboon will support u till the end..One more thing..i regret to buying the manga...because of this reason..hmmm well wat can i do im not the mangaka....BUT other than that this is pretty good manga.hehe

Naruto's like one of the best and known series throughout the world. Even though it's really long, it's still incredibly good that'll hook people's attention with every possible chapter. And the good thing is that every week there's always a new chapter so you do not have to wait that long. 😀

Wanna know why it's so popular? Well obviously you should read it first and give it a chance, because the reason for all the fan craze is the BEGINNING of the series. Like, seriously that was the hook of the entire thing. I mean it's been serializing for NINE years, and still a lot of fans stick to it because by now they've gotten so attached to the characters they want keep reading about them. That's how it is for me at least. I don't care about the cheesy shounen factor, I just love Naruto's personality and certain scenes made me cry and feel all warm and fuzzy inside. But I do agree that the story has stretched WAY too long (NINE YEARS!!! 420-SOMETHING CHAPTERS!!) and he needs to hurry it up soon or I will blow up.

This would be a great manga if the scenes before each fight didn't take so long and if Naruto received more fight scenes. This manga is called Naruto after all, so why doesn't he get more important scenes? It seems that Naruto does more training than fighting through out the whole manga.

I don't really see why it's so popular. The only reason why read it is cause i saw it everywhere and thought it would be worth my time to read it. The beginning is good, but then goes completely downhill and just....blah. Gawd, its sooo cheesy.

that was so touching i started crying at ch. 398 onwards to Itachi Uchiha's story behind his purposes. i was quessin that he did that 'becos of his brother when i heard itachi saying that he will always be the wall for sasuke to climb but i didn't that it was this touching T.T
