it makes no sense, so it's kind of fun in that sense.

But it overstayed its welcome

Main character is great, I really love this type of powerful character who's loud, confident, strong, and of good moral; it's a type of unique genderless beauty and it's something good to look up to. My problem is that the writer is just not good at making it the major topic of the story. I highly recommend just reading "A Cheeky Angel" by Hiroyuki Nishimori if you want to see this story done right and respectfully with a lot of genuine thought put into it about what makes a person a good person, what makes them beautiful, the power of friendship and love, and how important boundaries are and what toxic behavior is not acceptable. It also plays on the delinquent main character trope with multiple love interests and the comedy/action genre. Unfortunately the writer of Boy of the Female Wolf is much more interested in the very toxic on-and-off-again relationship between the main character and her love interest. He is emotionally abusive and manipulative, extremely jealous and possessive, they both lie and keep information from eachother often, and the end moral of the story seems to be "Love is possessive thoughts of another person" It's EXTREMELY unhealthy and nobody, especially teens, should be exposed to these kinds of stories as an ideal of what love is supposed to be like. The love rival in this story shows a FAR more healthy and respectful idea of a romantic relationship but it's ultimately discarded because of the main character and her main love interest's unhealthy obsession with eachother and his constant need to cut off all her ties with other humans. This is actual abuser tactics stuff. Don't romanticize this.

I'm still giving it a 3/10 because of the potential it could have had. The writer obviously knows how to write good character drama but is just horrendously misguided on what a happy ending should be.

she definitely had a "strong" personality, considering how much she swore and obstinately tried to do things her way....resorting to violence in a not so funny style.

However, in reality, she's just a mentally retarded tomboy who has 0 respect for others. She curses at everyone she sees idiotically...the main guy is just as retarded.

I guess i can see why love blossomed.

this is a pathetic excuse as a story. It had practically no character development what so ever, and the art is also awkwardly rigid, considering how much fighting there is supposed to be. While there were moments where I grinned, the manwha fell flat overall.

It's worth a try, but don't expect this to be even close to a masterpiece.

I hate the main character ,she just making herself look fool & she doesnt even know her own wrong, that really pathetic for girl who downly herself pride (Ur was a girl, but why u create such kind of main character?!). But its the first manhwa that make me laughing so loud. And once again this manhwa too long.

I'm usually not very fond of sweet Korean manhwas. But this one is really catching, thanks to plenty of funny puns and jokes, that you may want to remember for the future. I'm also fond of the main character (Eun-soo Cha), because she is such a hilarious straightforward bad-mannered rough narcissus boyish girl. I'm not sure that I would like to have this type of friend in my real life, though *^^*.

I actually like this manga, it's one of the first I've read. I've never really liked the gender bender ones but I like how Han Yu-Rang does it, though it did get a bit slow in the middle, and waiting for updates doesn't help -_-
I don't really like the main character, or the romance in this manga, but I do find it funny and unique.

I don't know why I do this I.always say stick with what the reviews say yet I gore them anyway sigh *I seriously am discuted with this manga , the female lead is an example of a complete utter disgrace I am apualed at how the mangaka calles her a her ! It makes me sick , she was like a man with a girls face it was discuting and when she or he (or watever) walked with a girl omg you could just see ... she was not a girl !

Apart from that the plot... The personalities (if they had any) sucked all the emotions I ever read in the entire thing was anger ..I'm being serious that's it even when crying ..anger .anyway I dropped it after 3chapters this manga is truly despicable and a disgrace to all girls . My conclusion: DON'T READ THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A MANGA.

I can't give as detailed of an analysis as XKamariaX, but I will say I enjoy this series. Considering how many series Han Yu-Rang is writing or has completed, I am not surprised that this series shares similarities with her other works or lacks originality - I am just enjoying it for what it is (plus it gives me something to read while I'm waiting for Love in the Mask updates). Like other manhwa (and Han's works), this is a soap opera that pulls you in - if you don't like soap operas, you won't like this, but if you enjoy soap operas (the cliches, silliness, slow pace, etc), you may find this interesting.

I only comment on the piece as much as others, because the picture is pretty clear about it. This is a piece where if you ignore or forget the REALLY stupid parts, and the idiocy of the characters (which is never ending), there IS a good story and good romance and good drama. The story itself is really good if you extract it out. However, the way the characters are executed here is HORRENDOUS. I only gave this an 8 because the story is really good. I just choose to ignore everything else, including the majority of the actions the characters take part in.

I actually liked how the author actually managed to portray Eun-soo Cha as such a guy (even though she is a girl). Most of the gender-bender series make it so obvious that the character is really a girl (or guy) that it's a wonder that anybody actually thinks they're a guy (or girl). Eun-soo is actually manly some of the time, while most other series where the girl pretends to be a guy she's really the typical shoujo-weak character.

I also like how the plot isn't rushed to fit into 3 volumes. Most of this genre has half the characters finding out their real sex within the first couple chapters. I like how the artist takes her time in developing the characters. (Although they don't really develop much lol)

This being said, it is slightly annoying how Eun-soo cha's grandmother is completely forgotten, along with her promise to never fight again (she's violent in every single chapter...)
The art isn't the best thing I've ever seen, but it's not like it's terrible. The whole series is pretty average, but I'll keep reading.
