Description
15 years ago, the newborn Ukai Nanoha and her mother were involved in a plane crash. The mother was killed and the child alone, among all of the passengers, survived. This survival was brought about thanks to the Great Demon Maou, who replaced her unbeating heart with one of his own, allowing her to live on.
Now, however, Maou has appeared once again and attempts to force her to return his heart. In the end, Nanoha goes to live in Mezon Aasu (Earth Mansion) which exists solely for the use of magical beings, and for now at least, retains possession of the Great Demon Maou's heart... but how w... More...

Maou is really cute both adult and child form. I love all his many chibi faces the best!! He reminds me of Sunako from Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge. I also like the main character she isn't a cry baby. She gets freaked out when she mets the monsters at first (what normal person wouldn't) but she accepts them as the accept her. But I love Maou the best and "Little Kaya" lmao
At first i was thinking of giving up but i'm glad i didn't because it was pretty entertaining. I mean, i was laughing in almost every chapter! HAH the character's are just so funny!. I liked the whole plot too and the ending was really sweet =). Just one thing:
all in all, really sweet and cute ^_^

I do wish they would of told each other how they feel about each other. I know they like each other but it woulda been really cool if they said "i like you" in the end. However, even though they didn't say that, the way Maou have her his second heart.. it was really sweet. Now they both have only 1 heart beating for each other *winkwink* hehehehe :p .
all in all, really sweet and cute ^_^
The first two volumes were good, but the last one was just bad. I really enjoyed the beginning and the middle. The art is good but there's too much side dialogs in the panels.

It ends with a lot of questions unanswered. There was a lot of plot development throughout the manga that could have been used for more chapters but they seem to suddenly be dropped without explanation. The ending also seems rushed but beyond that it's a decent read.

This is honestly one of the funniest and cutest manga I've ever read. I love the characters, especially Maou. (He's so cute....)
If the girl ended up liking him for no apparent reason, than him saving her life on the whim, it would ruin everything. It didn't feel like a cliffhanger and the story, although it's pretty obvious what would happen next, is concluded.

Entertaining manga, heavy on the gag humor and VERY light on the romance. Several characters are introduced and then disappear forever all in the same chapter. The ending felt very rushed and unresolved and I got the feeling the mangaka got sick of their own story by the end of it. It was decent light reading though.
Parts of it were pretty boring and I have to admit I skimmed some pages near the end. Also, the main male lead stays in "chibi" form for at least 80% of the story. It gets really frustrating.
The art is really nice, it's reminiscent of Fushigi Yugi but with less pointy chins. Gonna give this a higher rating just for the art.

One little nitpick...there is NO kiss in this manga. I know a kiss isn't strictly necessary, but it would have been nice!
