It's said that on a prohibited island called "Dragon's Beak" the "power of the gods" resides. Anyone who obtains the power will have all their wishes fulfilled.
5 Volumes (Complete)

The art was very nice but the plot was pretty much non existent. The story was boring just a bunch of characters going oh we have to fight this person/monster today. There done. The only character to undergo any development was Kai all the others stay the same through out the story.
They guard this magical fountain on a forbidden island which can either make your dreams come true or kill, which three friends visit. It's implied only one survives and then time skips forward ten years and still talking bout the survivor who seems like some one plot relevant but ends up not doing much at all for fear he'd be fired as the island was of limits.
You don't care for the characters, Kai is a brute kid who hits his Valet (which seem useless as fighting partners which is what they're supposed to be), Jack is harasser and a cheater (his wife/Valet is always worried he's going to sleep around when he goes downtown and he does hit on every woman he see) Jill is always showing her boobs for no reason.
I really advise you on skipping this manga, it's a waste of time unless you're really bored as I was.
I bought this manga because of its art. I found it beautiful, kind of charming. And I still think it is- but a manga is not made just of drawings. It should also have a decent plot in order to be good. DRUG-ON has an interesting plot, but it could have been used so much better. Honestly I found it very boring and mediocre, especially if compared to the wonderful art.
No, really, this is a really really bad manga.
Storyside, there are interesting characters and some hints of "something" interesting, but all of that is like in the rough phase. Really messed up story.
As for the art.... yes, Saito got the right character design style, but that's it. I mean, look at those kinetic lines!
Beware!
