Description
Yating was working in a recording company until she was fired by her boss (a famous movie actress with a spoiled temperament). Discouraged and jobless, Yating decided to work in a pub where a famous group called "Gangster" regularly played. Along the way, she gets to meet this guy who has the most divine voice. Yating's luck then began to change when her uncle decides to retire and set up his own record company. He asks her to join in his ambition to create the most famous rock group in Taiwan. At first, I didn't think that it was that good... But after vol. 02 it becomes absolutely awesome!
There's lots of bishies, a strong female lead and rock'n'roll! What more can I ask?

I think just like everyone i just stumbled upon this one but wow GREAT! Here is a manga that will make you laugh until your stomach hurt from the very beginning and every chapter....really did not expect it because of the music plot but the way the characters and relationships are developed is so well done that i could not help but keep reading two days straight.
whenever i feel sad or angry somehow,i read this manga...And as a result,,,i can't help laughing...This manga becomes method to cool me down...
I really like the works of Nicky Lee... and her ART IS AMAZING!
I stumbled acros Youth Gone Wild on lunadust.com, and ever since then have been hooked. At first it was the art alone which held me captive (as DGT had not yet started scanlation releases). The art is not your mainstream shoujo style, its quite interesting and of course the guys are bish. I did not think I could get anymore addicted and then the scanslations began being released. If you have not read them yet- go now! Do not even bother reading the rest of the review! It is the funniest, cleverest, wackiest mangas I have ever read. Of course, there are also some darker, more serious aspects to the story, such as ZhiGao's past. But this is counteracted by ShangGuan Fei's hilarious antics of narcissism. We also get romanced, this is still at heart a shoujo manga, and mixed in are the lyrics of Guns 'N Roses, Skid Row and the like. Lots of 80's influence on the hair and dress of the characters. All around good read, highly recommended - and visit my site if you want more info.
