I can tell there's a lot of hate going on, which I guess is because of the lack of originality compared to this and other "romance" quoooota quote mangas. I don't agree to everything about this, because overall, it was not too bad. Don't let the "harem" idea bias your view... until you actually read it.
The art is good. One look at a page, and you can see the fluidity of how everything goes. Do not be flown away by the art, though, until you get a good look at how the story line starts out.

The plot line starts out uncertain and slow, pacing back and forth with the same concepts but not getting to the point. All of a sudden, big things start hitting them, and you get sprung into some kind of huge chaotic mess. It changes the main goal of the main character, if there was any to begin with.

It's funny, really, it is. But the main character, Anis, or Agnese, is so FAKE. I apologize, but in the latest chapter she was extremely stupid. She has a prominent personality, promising at first, but really flat out horrible. The four other boys that are in/falling in love with her, easily said, are square characters. Don't expect much change except for probably one... and even if he changes, it will only be a slight bit. Expect all the colors of the rainbow to show up... read it to find out.
Char. Dev.: 1/10 Character art: 10/10
It's fun, it's nice, and the art is a joy to read. I would recommend this to someone who would like a semi-serious manga, but if you'd like to snuggle up for a sweeping romantic, or a REALLY awesome fantasy supernatural, Ms. Rose Princess isn't for you.
