Love This Series But I think 14 Vol is Enough!

I just fired off an e-mail to sensei's website that I don't want her to continue Haru beyond the current 14 volumes. Instead I want her to continue & finish other series such as Secret Diplomacy, Boku No Koe & Kiss Ariki. I am amazed that her publisher is not counselling more self discipline to her. I definitely can't get away w/ so much unfinished tasks at my own work place!

I HIGHLY recommend a reading of this manga the storyline is pretty good and the sex scenes are awesome hehe ^_^ trust me it's alot of them but yep it's pretty good overall.

If you like emotional drama, thrown in with a good dose of sex, then this manga is for you.

I didn't like it though as I dislike melodramatic stories.

The art is gorgeous & very sensual! I like how Youka Nitta mixes physical pleasure with intense emotions skillfully in her intimate drawings. I also like the different illustrative angles she explores.

As for plot- it is DRAMATIC!! lol, you have been warned xD However, I admit that some lines & emotions showed were rather touching & romantic despite it getting overdramatic at parts! It works when you are in the mood to be swept off your feet by the over the top drama & passionate exchanges.
References to them struggling as actors in the world of entertainment were engaging too.

Also, I adore Yoji Kato & therefore my enjoyment of the series most probably is influenced by the attraction & love I have for Kato as a character ^__^

I don't get it...maybe i'm not reading this manga correctly, but this has got to be one of the most frustrating manga's that I've ever read in my life. How can you have 84 chapters on the same couple, b***ng and whining about the same bloody thing and then settling it with sx, and then call it one of the best Yaoi mangas?

It was fine for the first 10 chapters, as a matter of fact I actually found the storyline kinda decent, and then it got to the 20th chapter, then the 30th, then the 40th and by the time it got to the 50th I was thought 'f**k this'. What am I going to gain by finishing this manga, I doubt some HUGE plot twist is going to appear...they'll probably just end up fighting and then having s*x -_- And by quickly scanning through all the chapters, that's all I could pretty much see.

The only thing that kept me going was the potential coupling of Miyazaki and Onozuka, but clearly that was all in my head (ironic to ship a non-canon Yaoi couple in a Yaoi manga). Although Miyazaki was a complete brat, I still saw some kind of potential in the couple, and if anything this probably would have distracted me from the fact that there is 84 chapters on the same couple.

Anyway, with that rant over (and i'm glad to get it out of my system) I still stick to the fact that this is an overrated manga, and I probably would have given this a 1, but for some reason I think that's probably too harsh...maybe its because i'm bitter about my couple not becoming canon xD

Trash, plain and simple. It doesn't "lampoon" anything, it's just about two porn stars who meet and fight and fall in love and end up moving in together after "realizing" that they're both gay. Even if you like yaoi, this is still pretty poor stuff. There's nothing "lighthearted" about the whining and complaining and petty tiffs and little jealousies either.
