10/10 For sure, this manga has everything you need for light reading:
-Cute characters
-Likable protagonist and likable love interest
-No stupid fan service
-No annoying childhood friend/tsundere school president/idol fight for affection
-Interesting, albeit simplistic and shallow, puzzle arcs (I did say light reading)
-Well characterized and three dimensional supporting characters that aren't paper cut outs
-Villains that are easy to sympathize with rather than being evil for the sake of being evil
-Minimal use of stupid plot devices to fill in plot holes (not being 300 chapters long helps, obviously)
-Believable dialogue and minimal use of "manga logic"
-Most important of all: great art.
I can go on and on about how great this manga is, but there are a few weaknesses. It is a bit shallow. The hardcore seinen/psychological fan won't be too intrigued by what's going on here. The exposition is lacking, the setting feels a bit forced and almost all background information is given through flashbacks. There are a lot of missed opportunities, especially at the beginning, to emphasize the difference between those with and those without irises. (I can't really fault the manga too much because it was supposed to be a very short series with no plans for a long serialization.) It also isn't very dark, which by itself isn't a weakness per se, but genre fans generally like the dark stuff.
Despite all that I give it a 10/10. There are deep underlying themes within the story; character foils and recurring motifs add to the complexity of each member of the main cast. It's rare that I care about every single character connected to the main protagonist, but this mangaka has done it. The strength of the characters far outweigh the comparably miniscule complaints I have about this manga.
Everyone should give this series a try, at the very least read the first 2 arcs.

So far, up until the latest chapter (chapter 29) it has been an amazing experience to read this manga. I like the idea that each person has an unique ability (aka iris) and the characters are so full emotions and stuff. In my opinion this is probably one of the top 10 manga I have read.
MY favorite part of this manga is not the characters or the drawing (even though they are really well done) but rather the story and the plot. The author have done a great job putting up the plot, the chapters doesn't end to cliffhangy but you still really want to read the next chapter. Everything is perfectly planned.

The description of this series may sound pretty generic (school setting, supernatural abilities, yadda yadda), but the implementation is what matters. The iris abilities themselves are interesting because though they're clearly supernatural powers they are still subtle in nature. The author has constructed a very interesting setting and explores how the emergence of these abilities affects society.
The main character (Toru) is very well done. At first glance he may seem like a stereotypical weak protagonist since he has no iris ability and is bullied for it, but he's actually quite clever and practical-minded. Sure he's no superpowered shounen hero but he's also far from a complete coward. The setting is presented with enough realism that you can't help but feel that his approach to dealing with his problems makes sense. He's the kind of protagonist you can really identify with rather than just shake your head at.
Koyuki does seem to suffer a bit from overly-naive-female-lead syndrome, though at least it's a mild case. Still, she is a genuinely good person in a world filled with prejudice. I suppose one character like that is fine.

One of the few ones that deserve high praise. The characters are wonderful, the idea is really unique, you have sweet and cute, dramatic and shocking and sad and depressing moments. the art is good, the topic is quite serious (if you actually think about it), and you get provided with a background story for every important character in each arc.
In addition the protagonist is someone whom you can really like: he is smart, considerate but still a regular human being.
about to be perfect: 9.5/10

I for 1 happened to come by this manga by chance and lemme tell u its a worthwhile read. I enjoy the concept and how the MC thinks giving his position it deserves its seinen tag because of the realistic way of how he thinks. My advice read it or wait and read when they have even more chapters >_>

the plot is very well done, and developped, as are the characters. the art is nice too. even though sasamori always seems to have wind in her hair!
the main characters are very likeable aswell.
i'd disagree with what Denyx has to say, true the chapter has left us with that cliff hanger, but, the rest of the story relies on how toru reacts so until we know, we don't know whether it'll become all episodic romance manga
it's a must reaD!

This manga is one of the best i've read so far. the concept is basic and the art work are nice. aside from some holes in the concepts, (which i think every manga will have) it is a masterpeice!

This is one of the rare series that attracted me almost entirely by merit of how cool the main character is. The rest of the series, the characters, the setting, and the powers seem a little cliche but the main character pulls it together. Finally an mc that solves problems with his brain and isn't a homicidal maniac.

this manga is very good
it's hard to find some manga like this... and the character are developed well and fairly
characters design are cute and I know there will be some serious arc coming up
this manga will make you think a lot and the protagonist is very smart...
the only bad thing is just a long update... hahaha

even if the lead female is a notch too 'cute', the storyline is well played. it's entertaining without the weight of some manga and without the over-reach and insanity of even more. it's not on the same scale as 'Monster' or 'Onani'- which is why the ratings haven't gone over the '8's'. but it surely is a high '8'. certainly better than most.
