I’ve read it a couple of times, and it still holds a charm to it that I like. While it isn’t one of the best manga I’ve read there is still something about it that makes me want to read it a few more times…
Plot- Not exceptionally unique, the twists are nice and I for one didn’t expect some of them.
Characters- Aria is a nice character, what I liked the most about her is she seemed like every normal girl! She didn’t seem overly brave or confident, nor overly cheery and she wasn’t too much of a wimp who absolutely needs a mans guidance and protection (which is hard to pull off since she’s a character in a body guard manga) she is quite capable by herself and can make her own decisions. As for Canon he has the perfect attitude to level off the heroin and to be a body guard, level and cool headed and yet he can become very passionate about certain things if provoked. A very nice duo!
Art- Nice, I enjoyed it, it isn’t exceptional but it isn’t that bad either.
Other- While I enjoyed the plot, the characters, and the art, the pace of the story was definitely lacking. The first part was fine and then suddenly… everything just seems to be going a bit to fast (especially in the very end.). As for the antagonist… I was very disappointed by his reasoning behind why he did everything. The reasoning was so unrealistic; couldn’t there have been any better reasoning for him? So the ending left me a bit disappointed but overall I enjoyed the manga. If you have time this would be a nice quick read to pass time.
7/10 – Really liked it
