Watashi no Ookami-san

Description

Bored of sitting around holding a wine glass all day, the Demon Lord is looking for something new. Something cute. Someone like Komomo, the level 0 heroine who has just appeared before him, ready to vanquish him like all heroes (or heroines) do. Faced with a demon king who'd rather watch TV under a kotatsu and make out with her than spread evil over the land, what will Komomo do?

Cute and funny are words used to describe a lot of shoujos out there, but this one is ACTUALLY cute and funny. Don't read if you're looking for a deep, hardcore story, this one's very light and if you take it as such you're sure to enjoy it. 🙂

...dissapointing...

When I first read the chapters, I got this High expectations that this manga could be a reverse version of Superior..since it's also based on the Gaou-sama(Demon Lord) X Hero theme..

But it turns out to be a dissapointment..no development..cliche character and plot.. The girl's basically claiming herself as a 'Hero' but she soo..fcking WEAK and how the hll does she get that "Hero" title when she's only Level 0??and lol, she's pretty hype, weak and whiny for a normal girl..

The Gaou-sama in this manga is not as 'dreadful' or 'cruel'.. as what the narrator has mentioned. Is he just call the "demon lord" because of his power level? There's nothing 'Notorious' about him..

And the character designs have less variety..the minor characters looks basically the same..nothing note-worthy.

Then again, I shouldn't have expected much coming from an Adventure-type Shoujo orientated manga.. If I'm judging based on the genre, then this manga is probably a good light read..(I rated 5 for this..only because it's a shoujo romance..)**..and to be honest, a good manga shouldn't just rely on having good art, hot guys and romance..the plot should atleast be Sensible. **

but if you want to read a REAL awesome version of the similar theme, I highly recommend Superior where the art and the plot are equally good.

It was alright, but it sort of felt like there was no backstory. Like, it would've been nice to meet the characters and view their history more closely. I mean, if I'd found out WHY the demon guy was interested in her, it might've been better... it sort of had a, "Well... this is the circumstance," feel to it. Also, I felt like the girl looked so much younger than the guy, so it felt like a 10 year old with an 18 year old. ._.

The manga was absolutely adorable. Cute characters and beautiful guys. The series gives a good introduction to the characters and hopefully Dear gives a great story too. ~ A nice read.

The manga has at least a sensible storyline, it has good artwork (it has bishies, especially Subaru, the Demon Lord) and there seems to be enough romance in the air to arouse the interests of the readers.

uhhh.. Dreamit.. this is the prequel of Dear.. you get to see more of the characters in the main story. Anyways, this was a really cute introduction to the characters of Dear, especially Demon lord x Komomo. I recommend it to anyone, and read Dear for the main story.

ahh.. this manga coulda been so good but.. its too short and unsatisfying. The art is really good i mean.. the mao-sama and kurenai are hot ass bishie's man. but she doesnt even advance from a level 0 nor does mao-sama and her say "iloveyou" or ANYTHING. sigh.. what a waste.. it coulda been so good too.. sigh. i shall give it 6.5/10- for good art and hot guys

This story is so funny and cute! But it ends abruptly... actually, it's way too short! As an RPG parody it is absolutely hilarious -- Komomo being a level 0 hero (she never gains a level in the whole series)!
