To tell the truth, I didn't have much interest in the mangaka's works, so I didnot have any expectation when I picked up the manga. The first chapter annoyed me, I thought it's gonna be a 'love at first rape' type of manga, so I dropped it. Some time later, out of boredom, I started reading it again, cuz it was at volume 5 and I thought it would keep me busy for quite some time. And this time when I got past chapter 1, the whole relationship development really amazed me, the story was cute, the couple was unique, their characteristics and interaction just made me lol. More than that, their story just took me on an emotion-rollercoaster, I laughed and cried with them. In short, a must-read in my opinion. You don't even need to like the other works of the mangaka to like this one, I think this one is the best one by her so far ^^

Well, really agree with what you (majority) have written here, and God blesses us, the series finally is licensed in North America though we still need to wait for its availability in the market.

*For those who haven't read Challengers -- please buy them (4 volumns) and read. Challengers tells the beginning relationship between Morinaga and Tatsumi quite a lot.

Whenever I read Koisuru Boukun, I'm always curious about who, Takanaga Sensei, her editor, or someone they know, had the idea first to create such an unbelievable couple. Morinaga is indeed cute, and is mature and sensitive enough for Tatsumi, who on the other hand, is very inmature in expressing his true feelings. (Actually, it looks like he keeps denying his feelings towards Morinaga.) So far from what I have read, Takanaga Sensei is doing a great job in the subtle changes in this couple's relationship. I guess lots of readers probably are thinking: "Oh yeah! Souichi DO love Morinaga! So what will happen next? Is he going to tell him that he loves him, and when?" In fact, I don't think I can wait any longer to see the ending.

I adore Tyrant to death. There's something about their funny yet amazingly endearing relationship that I love. Souichi is always in denial and he really is extremely shy. He's also very naive, when you think about how many excuses he makes up. I mean, he admittedly worries about and misses Morinaga and then denies that he likes him even to himself! It's so cute. And Morinaga is easy to sympathize with and understand. I can't wait for more. =] Their relationship moves on at a progressive and even pace, for Souichi slowly acts more and more like he's accepting Morinaga and their partnership. I do like Takanaga's other works, but not nearly as much as I like this one. It's different I suppose, because Souichi is so spiky most of the time and yet so caring (in his own way) on rare occasions when Morinaga gets hurt or feels really upset about something. It is rare that you find such a great yaoi manga that has over one or two volumes, and this is definitely something any yaoi or BL fan should check out. ^^

I must admit at first I was really skeptic about this manga. Souichi is... a killing character, though. He's really entertaining to watch. Sure, he's a demon but I think it's pretty easy to see he cares about Morinaga since early on (though mostly that impression is ruined by the obligatory comedical punch). If you stick around until you read Vol 04, you'll see why all the 10+ votes this manga has.
(I eagerly await the time when Souchi will confess. Oh, God ♥.)

So far, aside from Bukiyou na Silent (incomplete), this manga is the greatest work of Takanaga Hinako-sama so far. Aside from the hot and somehow irritating story and events, it's kinda cute to watch the conversion process of "forcing" a non-homo (on top of that, a homo hater) to become one. XD

after 2 volumes, i was getting bored and decided to give up this manga... :-(, one person chasing over another one desperately in such a long long time, and there's no clue of a mutual relationship, the senpai treats the poor black hair one (forgot his name) cruelly like a dog, i don't understand at all... . where's the man's pride?

The best yaoi I ever read - this manga is what made me read yaoi in the first place. Great plot, chemistry, characters, etc. Desperately waiting for more releases!!!!

I can't understand why there are 7 votes above in the rank +1?
Are they crazy or they just don't understand the manga.
It's one of the best manga I've ever read.
feel sorry for Morinaga-kun, hix, but he really knows when should attack sempai.
I really can't imagine how sempai's face looks like when he must admit he loves Morinaga.

I love this! It is by far one of the best yaoi's I have ever read. Its so funny, and cute, and dramatic, and I really love the characters.
