Great Story

This is the first time in a long time I've been genuinely interested in a yaoi manga based on the plot. The artwork is so gorgeous, the characters are lovable... I'm dying to know what happens next! I'm actually considering purchasing this once it's available in English. Definitely worth a read.

I read Yume Musubi Koi Musubi before this, and I really liked Tanihara (he's so chill all the time, haha), so I was really excited to see this! And wow, am I impressed. Not only is it hot, the characters are awesome, and funny (some of the lines really just made me crack up). I also love Sakuragi Yaya's art. This is an extremely unique, interesting manga, but it still has those sweet moments that every yaoi fangirl likes- although you definitely appreciate them more in this manga, lol. I love it! Totally recommended.

I was drawn in by the story. Its novelty surprised me as much as Tanihara was surprised by Takafumi's personality and behavior. Neither character followed the usual script. Tanihara wasn't just a curious straight man falling for the good looks of another man. And Takafumi wasn't the typical Seme focused solely on capturing the heart and body of his romantic interest. Both characters have flaws and unexpected responses to the situations they find themselves in.

It's predictable that they'll have their happily ever after but the journey there is quite original and interesting. Definitely a manga to read!

It's really worth reading!
I've read plenty of yaoi recently until I got fed up, and try to read a new theme of manga.
But when I found this one, it was incited me to read yaoi again 😀 Two Thumbs Up!!

So perfect. I love the role of the characters in this story. They are very different which makes it so much more charming because they bring in new perspectives for each other. You actually like the conversations between them because it feels so real and mature....as if they are really falling for each other. So far it has been smooth sailing with each chapter getting better and I am hoping for more!

after reading chap.2:
nowadays, it's hard to find an original story after having read tons of yaoi, but this is one of those rare gems. The sad thing about it:

A straight man, (fully conscious and sober!) has CONSENSUAL sex with a gay man, and enjoys it... with a SMILE on his face (that's actually a first for me) while it sounds rather boring in itself, Sakuragi Yaya made it d*mn hot. the fact that scenes like this are rare, is really a shame...

The characters are very unique, not the stereotypes you're used to (perfect, cool seme + shallow girly uke), but perfectly believable persons with funny and surprising quirks. Who knew Tanihara was suited to have an own BL story? I didn't...

I would have given a 10, but it's not perfect. need to deduct some points because

art is very nice, but the foreheads are too small for my taste
even though the story is interesting, the final outcome is still predictable
(If the cliche happens, Tanihara will think at first that any man is fine for a physical relationship, but then realises, that it has to be sensei. I'll have to deduct more points then, we'll see...)

Sakuragi is definitely on my top 5 favourite mangaka list. There hasn't been a story from her that i did not like. This manga got me pretty excited from the first page! I can't wait to read more.

Wow, this is great! Though, she isn't my favorite, Sakuragi is always worth reading... unlike the majority, her stories always have such a nice balance of masculinity between the characters, and girl characters actually play more roles than being completely non-existent, nuances or villains! She always finds such great ways to mix it up. However, in many cases, I find something lacking from her stories, I can admire them from afar, but they never really engage me. This is the first time I've been so excited about a story from her, I think she's found the perfect balance with this one! Let's see how it goes...
