I've recently went through all the available Itou Junji's works, and I just loved them. Can I have suggestions of similar manga? As in ones that are actually disturbing and creepy, not just some random gorefest. Other than those, I've read Fuan no Tane and Jisatsu Circle.

If you like Itou Junji's works, try the stuff from Umezu Kazuo 😉 At least that's obviously where his inspiration came from, especially Left Hand of God, Right Hand of the Devil, The Drifting Classroom or Fourteen. Otherwise maybe try Zashiki Onna (!) or Manhole

I second The Drifting Classroom, from the chapters i've read. Manhole is also pretty good.
Zashiki Onna without a doubt is a great horror tale, it gave me the creeps!

I thought Ghost Hunt was pretty scary (then again, I am sort of a wimp when it comes to horror). If you don't like the artstyle of the manga than I highly recommend the anime.

The best one I've read so far was Uzumaki, but if you've read all Itou Junji's work then obviously you've read that one. It's the best though, I love that author. 😀
