Sexual Tension without sex

Hey guys, I understand there is a thread like this request here and here, but I was wondering if there were any more mangas that have this topic.

For example, I recently read Bloody Cross, where Hinata and Tsukimiya have TONS of sexual tension, but nothing really happens. Sure, Hinata sometimes kisses and gropes Tsukimiya, but their relationship isn't realized, and no sex occurs (as far as I have read, anyways).

Another example would be the relationship between Fai and Kurogane in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. There's a lot of BL subtext there, but nothing is said or done, and their relationship is not officially realized (other than that of reeeaally good friends).That being said, what I want isn't forbidden love, per se. Sure, there's a ton of manga out there with forbidden love that has a ton of sexual tension, but that's not really what I'm going for, I'll take it, if you have nothing else to offer.

Last example (I have a lot more, you can ask me if you need elaboration) is that of Horo and Lawrence from Ookami to Koushinryou. You can feel the sexual tension between the two (literally, the expressions on his face), but nothing is realized, no sex.

Also, the manga doesn't have to be about the relationship between the two characters. It can be a subplot, or something that is casually referred to, as long as it's there and the author drops little hints here and there to show that it exists throughout the rest of the manga.

What I want:
-Sexual tension
-relationship unrealized (at least until the end)

What I don't want:
-Sex
-Hentai
-Hardcore Yuri
-Hardcore Yaoi

What I'm iffy on
-Shounen-ai (I find that it's too sweet and cliche sometimes, but I'll take it if it's executed very well, like Fai and Kurogane's relationship)

*EDIT: Clarification - must have good art ^^;

Maybe.. Beck - Although I don't remember it well, I think protagonist's love.
Kirara - the same, don't remember it well
Umi no misaki - sexual tension 100%, however, sex comes soon.
Nazo no Kanojo X - It's rather weird but there is even more than sexual tension
Sankarea
Rika - such a tease
Unbalance x 2

Kannagi (the anime to this is hilarious, or it's done better than the manga to me)
to aru majutsu no index
and erementar gerad (though it looks like your already reading this)

These are all I could think about right off the top of my head, hope it helps.

Bitter Virgin
Pokerface
idk...they just gave me the feeling that the main character is struggling with holding back his feelings to the point where he just wants to jump and kiss the love interest

tokyo crazy paradise the relationship is denied by both members for most of the manga, eventually they get together and still have reasons to keep their relationship a secret at the end (at the very end, realized/acknowledged)

@mastaof I've read Nazo no Kanojo X (well more like reading it now) and Unbalance x 2 (though this one's not on my list). As for the others you recommended, they seem decent. I'll have to check them out to be sure. Thanks 🙂

@Liyakido Yup, I've read Erementar Gerad, and it certainly does have some sexual tension, (especially the chapter with Viro in it. Didn't like her, but mehs). I've heard of Kannagi, but wasn't too sure about whether or not I wanted to read it. I'll try it, though.

@sarah-eats-cupcakes I've already read Bitter Virgin, and while I agree it is a great manga, it isn't quite what I'm looking for. I guess what I'm actually looking for is not a realization that they're in love, but more like the reader knows, but the characters do not, or rather the characters know but do not speak of it. An unrealized realization, if you will. I know, I'm not making sense ^^;

@tailor31415 I've already read Tokyo Crazy Paradise (great manga btw, lots of action in a shoujo), but Tsubasa is too much of an airhead for me. Great at sports, but no brains....not the way to go ^^;
