When a girl/guy falls for someone really fast, but that one knowing what he/she is feeling about them still treats them like crap and acts like an ass. But after a while the "bully" starts to get feelings for the first guy/girl but they have already moved on. Not necessarily meaning that he/she is with someone else, but the feelings have definitely cooled down. Don't really care who ends up together but i would be fun to read one where he/she DON'T end up with the bad guy in the end. I'm fine with pretty much every genre there is except maybe shounen-ai/yaoi. Would like it someone could point me towards something like this... Not even sure if it exists or what sort of category search I should do to find it so here I am. biggrin

Matsuri Special. The girl doesn't get bullied, but she gets rejected because the guy hates buff girls (she's secretly a pro-wrestler).

Maybe Nana. I read that too long ago, so it's hard to remember all the relationships, but I Think there is at least one instance of what you've described (not sure though...).

There are some instances of that in Parfait Tic, I think, but basically the relationships go back and forth so I'm not sure.

I haven't read any recently, I've learned to avoid Shoujo where the female is mistreated by the male lead, lol. Most make me run for the hills, in fact.

Reading your request made me think of two Manhwas ...

Hannune Banhada! Season 1 and it's sequel Hannune Banhada! Season 2, which include various changes of heart and views on love, so you might like it. Also, the male counterpart of the female lead is pretty interesting in my eyes, since his character is well developed and almost a thrilling part of the storyline.

And there is H2O, which also has some nice twists and rather unexpected developments in the romantic area of the storyline. Kkk.

Tonari no Atashi is the perfect manga that fits with your description. He's not an asshole though but he can be pretty cold towards her at times. It's a really really good manga with the "romantic turn around" that you're looking for. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it smile

perfect girl evolution the guy never does return her feelings but she doesn't end up with him and doesn't feel that way about him anymore
