Looking for (gay) ANGST

I'm looking for yaoi or shonen-ai with ANGST. LOTS OF IT. To clarify, I mean the real kind of angst. Things that cause real angst include: drug abuse, having no money, being homeless, being alienated from society (because of sexual orientation), being disowned by parents, bullying (school and otherwise), character lives in a crappy apartment, self-loathing, mental illness or personality disorder (or just a cast of the crazies), suicidal tendencies, and similar.
Also, it would be wonderful if seme/uke stereotypes are downplayed liek woah (because girls with penises don't do it for me. Unless they actually are girls with penises.).
Things that do not constitute real angst are: oh noes! cheater!, he was just playing with me!, dubious consent, falling in love with one's own rapist.
Um. Sorry for being so picky. And thanks in advance for any good recommendations.
I love stories with angst. Hopefully my memory won't fail on me as I try to name some.

Excellent suggestions, but I've already read these. : (

I don't know if this qualifies as just gay, or shota, but 'Fire Candy' by Yonekura Kengo... I know some of the series has been translated by SnoopyCool, but I think it was dropped.
Two more are Wild Adapter and Vassalord. IMO they both were gay, even though WA was more implied than anything.

Yes, I love Wild Adapter. I guess I really didn't think of it as angsty, but I guess it really does fall into the requirements category.

Didn't Boys Next Door (Shounen Zanzou ) seem angsty?

I second Boy's Next Door. The first one that popped into my head was Yatteraneeze! which deals with a lot of real world problems. Some of it is a bit over the top at times, but overall it was enjoyable.
The second was Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan, which isn't BL but it is well worth the read if you want angst. I was practically sobbing at the end, it was so sweet but so sad, and the problems were also believable (aka, not the usual manga crap). The non-BL aspect isn't overwhelming if you dislike shoujo, because it is by Yumeka Sumomo and she's pretty good with her pairings.

Negai Kanae Tamae
Double Mints
Endless World
Sakura-Gari
Tenshi no Uta (NISHIDA Higashi)
Haito Diamond
Ludwig II
if there is an option between "to do" and "not to do", I will always choose the latter.

I think nobody has suggested INARIYA Fusanosuke's works yet, and I loved endless world.
