Hi,

I'm looking for a decent shoujo manga or smut or yaoi with multiple couples in, and I want the manga to focus on romance in each couple, two pairings or more would be the best!

I know most popular mangas, sorry to not list them all here but please rec me any you know!

Alright, I'm going to pretend I didn't read the whole post and recommend the best manga there is which deals with multiple couples. xP Musunde Hiraite (Minase Mayu). Give it a try.

The scanlation has been very slow in the last few months but a group has picked it up recently and they're releasing chapters faster now. The 'ecchi' gente is there but the fanservice is bearable. Fear not, for you shall thank me later! 😉

Definitely Otome Youkai Zakuro. It's tagged as seinen, but it's pretty much an action shoujo with lots of romance 😉 Same case with Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha.

Fruits Basket and Special A are also from this category, but you probably know them already 🙂

The suggestions below are BL, which I think is because of your "must focus on the romance" specification; I can think of plenty of boy x girl romances with multiple pairings, but they're more plot-focused than romance-focused. But here goes anyway:
