Actually, Japan's culture is just different, that's all. You could say it's a society of both extremes..... some are way too open minded while others are too rigid for their own good.

I'd say the oil barons in the middle-east are the most perverted bunch.... They act all holy in the news, but most have personal fuck-villas the size of small islands.

ok...if so...I wanna know, I've read several shoujo manga and in some of them the characters that go there from the US are known to be the most perverted!
why is it portrayed like this? Why are we, Americans thought to be more perverted lol? I just wanted to know.
