Hey guys! I'm currently in love with Nogizaka Taro's Team Medical Dragon (yes it's so old),

especially the beautiful ending!!

I was wondering if you guys know a similar mangas where the protagonist is cheerful(optional), but actually lonely and wondering the world or choose to live in a deserted island or something or that he/she feels lonelier in his/her own home (sorry bad english omg)

Or that they have traumatic past or couldn't live a normal life even they wanted to

The main point is he/she is lonely but didn't seem like they are lonely.

Like he/she could have everything but choose not to. It's different from Fullmetal Alchemist where they didn't have any choice but to travel, I want it when the characters have so many choices to stay but for some reason choose to leave.

You see, like Samurai Deeper Kyo, Kyo's friends choose to leave and go travelling but this time I want the Main Character point of view(side character is fine but I would love to know the chapter when their past is exposed^^)

This is the perfect example. Ryuu could have everything with his talent, but he choose to live in a war zone to heal people.

The other reason he choose to leave the hospital because HE'S IN LOVE WITH THE HEROINE and he's afraid his heart would get captured the longer he stays.

  She's a beautiful and bright woman with a big vision to make a revolution in Japan Medical System. I think she could have like every men in the world with her beauty, but she choose to be alone because she decided that she can't choose both(between her life or her dream)

  He's a very talented person from a big university and all but because of something he choose to live in a small village to heal people, there he find the true meaning of life
