This is pretty specific and if it doesn't exist (which I'm pretty sure it doesn't) it really should. Is there a manga in which a trap (male) and a reverse trap (female) fall in love? Many thanks if someone actually knows of one. I'd really appreciate it.

Well there's Family Compo in which two prominent characters are transsexuals and married to each other... they aren't the main characters, but they play a large role and some of their past and such is revealed... lots of genderbendering in Family Compo, and it's a very good manga.
