Otomen is a good one. ^^ The guy in it isn't actually very girly-looking, but he's very girly-acting. The point of the manga is that kind of gender-role misplacement, anyway.

W Juliet is about a super-feminine guy that plays Juliet along a boyish girl that plays Romeo in the Shakespeare play.

Dou Danjo!? is a shoujo between a boy trapped in a girl's body and a girl trapped in a boy's body.

So is Boku to Kanojo no XXX .

The manhwa Hush is about a boyish-looking girl and a pop idol that has to disguise as a girl to protect his identity.
