I didn't see a topic for this and i recently read a manga with these themes. I'm talking about a big height difference. An example would be like Toradora!. I'm mainly looking for shoujo but anything is good as long as it isn't hentai or loli lol.

Hmm... I'd almost suggest Immortal Rain, because the height difference between the main character and the female protegonist, Machika, is extremely shocking. Machika is 4'9", and Rain is 6'3". The height difference is never a spoken issue, though, so I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for. As a heads-up, though... the art in the first volume is rather experimental, and the mangaka improves exponentially in future volumes. Immortal Rain is kind of a shoujo, because of the romance, but its main plot is very heavy and has action and drama and the like. It does an amazing job of blending genres.
