Likeable female characters that are not "nice girl" types

I'm looking for manga with a female protagonist(s) that has traits that are conventionally unlikeable (schadenfreude, pettiness, selfishness, snark), but are all the more lovable for them. So not the sweet, innocent and selfless girls. And it must be the main character.
I'm in the mood for something light and funny and slice-of-life-ish but I don't mind darker settings either. Also, bonus points if there's romance! And oh, ecchi, smut and GL are okay, but nothing too graphic/explicit please.
And please, if you can, check my lists before recommending anything 🙂
