What? Guys don't ever look at another guy and think:
"Wow, he good-looking. I bet all sorts of girls find him attractive." (or something)?I know I do that with other girls/women all the time. I can appreciate someone else who's cuter/more attractive than me.
It would be more accurate to say guys are likely to focus in on a single attribute that they find desirable. "I wish I had a body like him", or "I wish I had that sort of cleft chin" or "I wish I had those eyes". It's a focused jealousy.
The men who are actually attractive, I've noticed, are not explicitly recognized by guys. They find themselves drawn to and appreciative of these people, but don't make the connection to sexy. That's why many times guys idolize the same men women find attractive.
Nice response! I was curious to see the answer to that question, and you summed it up nicely 😃

Question for both genders
Do you find it cute or annoying if your partner is being jealous?
I find it cute lol. i would only find it annoying if she was accusing me. but if it is just a little thing like worrying about other girls flirting with me then its cute 🙂
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

Me too. Most guys who do just won't admit it.

As long as it doesn't go overboard and I'm being berated or the other person is. Though to say I find cute otherwise I'm not too sure, doesn't bug me though.
PS: What the heck is with the quoting in my post? It's done right.

I had a feeling that was the case, but I really liked x0mbie's answer too, because I can see the truth in that as well.

If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.

let me rephrase my question since the original is a bit confusing and not quite to the point.
I meant to ask would you react to your friend differently if you found out that they liked you? if so, how?

There's a whole thread about something like this. ^^
Well, I'd be flattered. Depends on the friend and his/her relationship with ex-s.
I mean, if that's a good friend I rather not screw it up by some fling.
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

Generally, my relationships start out as friendships, so a confession would not seem totally random. If I were not in a relationship, or not in a serious one, then I may take them up on it 😉
But if I couldn't accept their feelings, I would distance myself a little until they sorted things out for themselves. If they wanted to continue as friends, I would be fine with that. If they did not, then it might be a bit painful, but that would be their choice.
Ultimately it depends on the situation.

On another note, I've always wondered on what girls think of when guys 'sag' their pants (when guys purposely wear their pants loose so that some of their boxers show, usually is mostly covered by a long shirt). I always thought of it as ridiculous and bothersome for when you have to run.
I've heard that this fashion actually came from prisons. Prisons are also where the fashion of tattoos came from. but in prison wearing your pants low like this was not just a fashion statement. It was actually an invitation to be "picked up" by another inmate.
So next time you see a guy with sagging pants, whether he knows it or not, he's asking for butt sex 🤣

Tattoos did *not *originate from prisons, nor did the fashion for them. Wherever did you learn that? They've been around for centuries, and have been used for many reasons.
So somehow, I doubt the rumour about baggy pants. I think it's more like a gang fashion that spead to mainstream culture.
The tattoos might be wrong. But I'm relatively sure about baggy jeans originating from prisons. I read that in a magazine we got in school.
Here, I especially scanned it for you. 🤣

Been asked before, I believe.
But, I'll answer.
I wont say I don't care at all, but personality is much more important to me.

I agree with Identity Crisis I believe that if they are beautiful it might be good but, if they haven't read anything other than Harry Potter and children books I doubt that I will be too attracted to her.
