hmm true, nothing ever got accomplished in that series, even with the ryo-ohki ova's, which were suppose to be the true sequel to the original tenchi muyo series. but it doesnt seem like hes even interested in a relationship, what an idiot haha. and actually, if he picked a girl, im pretty sure one of the other girls would just leave. i dont think i can come up with a satisfying ending for that series
but since watching School Days, it has to be Makoto. Just like what blakraven said, he got what he deserved! The ending is probably the creepiest I have seen.
also! can someone just post a quick summary of the ending of school days with the spoiler warning format? i dont plan on finishing it. i stopped watching after like the 2nd episode cuz i already knew from teh back of my mind that it would be painful to watch with the idiot main character, and it seems i was right lol.
well...Sekai killed Makoto then Kotonoha killed Sekai. Kotonoha probably went mental coz she's keeping Makoto's head like some kind of charm. I was like WTF?! I really feel sorry for her, she deserved someone better. You should try watching it, it's freaking crazy

rofl i did not expect that, at all. i would normally steer away from such stories but this ending actually got me interested...
i agree to all the above posts regarding manaka from ichigo 100%. when i read the last chapter, that was the maddest i've ever been against a manga character (at the time, others are added to the list since then...)
i was actually in a paradox since i wanted the girls (especially aya) to be happy, thus with him, but at the same time didn't want them to end up with him. he was that much of a sorry excuse. it kinda turned me off the mangaka since i don't trust anything she does anymore.(i will not suffer another manaka thank you)

Yamato from Suzuka has probably had his relationships take more steps back than I've ever seen, and he still pursues her. His indecisiveness just made me want to yell at him.

It is. And I'm waiting for it to end before I start reading it. I don't like waiting week after week for chapters.
Anyways, not really a romance plot but Recca and Yanagi from Flame of Recca. He gets a little smarter, and she doesn't even realize that she's in love until close to the end. I guess that'd be two idiots.

Oh come on, Yamato was anything but indecisive, he liked Suzuka from beginning to end, if anything it was Suzuka that caused most of the problems. Yamato's only problem was a lack of self confidence.

basically the series just isn't as infamous, but you really do have to question his line of reasoning given the situation

The last few episodes he can't get over how worried he is about his sister, then when they finally reunite, he leaves her alone on an island with a buncha half-naked guys. Not only that! He doesn't even make an attempt to unite the island filled with only girls, and the island filled with only guys together! He's a maximum moron.
Fansubs and Scanslations are the best! But when official releases come out, support the anime industry by purchasing your favorite series! (Geneon -R.I.P, Central Media Park - get well soon, ADV Manga - you're back from the dead?!)
