OMG! i know. They even have petitions to stop animu because "It's so violent" and "My kid copied narotu and died". Instead of that being animus fault, i think its more of the parents fault

If you dont know what im talking about, Go to this website and youll know what i mean. and since i like to explain halfway, ill tell you what i mean anyways.

I'm referring to what happened about 6 months ago when a kid was playing in the sand, and to copy gaara or whoever, Got his friends to bury him in the sand. Now, when his arms were flailing and he was gasping for breath, His friends thought it was all part of the act. So, instead of the parents blaming themselves for NOT WATCHING THEIR KIDS They decided to blame the show instead.

but i guess not showing blood and violence on toonami isnt that bad. i mean we have adult swim. but adult swim sucks too. and i dont want to stay up at 11:00 or 1:00 a.m. to watch a show. i miss toonami.

On the topic of the old host of Toonami, Am I the only one who enjoyed those little adventures the robot went on all over his ship? Fixing broken sections, spacewalks, and even fighting off attackers a few times.

yea, have to sit through robot chicken, family guy, and a whole list of horrible anime dubs just to watch an episode of bebop. show never gets old.

I miss the old adult swim lineup, before bird man tool over. CN's the attempts at adult cartoons are far lamer than anything they're currently selling to kids.

I'm think I'm in the minority here as I actually like the Naruto dubs (they sound their age in the dubs, and that's harder for me to pick up in Japanese) and One Piece and MAR, but I definitely miss Tom and the old shows. My favorite wasn't an anime (it was ReBoot, which was circa 1999 according to wiki), but yeah Gundam Wing , DBZ, and Tenchi were also my intros to anime.

Hahaha, I thought that way for a while when i was like, 10. "what if there are really people living inside my computer! Omg, when i put in a game, do i kill people! Shit!!!!" Then i came to my senses and had my 20th birthday (j/p).

But seriously, reboot was the best, Most awesomest awesome AWESOME EVER! cartoon. Nothing trumps reboot, Not even Blearotundam.

We are talking about cartoons and a host popular almost 10 years ago, when some of posters were too young for toonami. (or just not into anime yet.)

Reboot's partly what got me into computers, so it's partly responsible for my major, so how can I not love it? IIt was fun learning that the ReBoot characters and locations actually mapped to a real computer.Anyone read the comic? When I found out about the new website, I was totally glued to the counter.

@paradisekiss-I liked Gundam Wing too, don't get me wrong, but it's got nothing on ReBoot in terms of plot, characters, and looks. ReBoot was an original.
