not really...it happens all the time in my school...the teacher makes us pray even though i'm a Buddhist and there are Muslims and Evangelists in the room

I thought you couldn't do that in publics schools.

Why not? i mean it's 5 minutes and it's the teacher's room.... if you don't want to pray i guess don't then..

It's just some public schools are anal about political correctness.

hmm.. then i don't know about them, but i went to over 5 public schools, "elementary and middle" and our classroom is like our own space. we do whatever we want and the teacher will tell us to stop if we don't behave etc

I once had to transfer to a class that had a really weird English teacher ................ thought he was the king of the class and spitted out remarks at the speed of light , and man he looked like he was 1 of the xtras from the night of the living dead movie. The girls in that class were really stupid and answered all those nasty remarks by laughing heartily ...like they didnt understand he was insulting them. He was only normal to the excellent students .... sadly i was included . Once after reading an essay of mine started to shower compliments on me .......... I got freaked out .... l8r he aslo gave us an english test .after that i moved back to my original class ... when the test paper resuls came i saw that he had given everyone full except me .......... even though i should have scored full .down was a note asking me to come meet him alone........ i didnt go and instead went to the head of department and got my marks corrected. Later we found out that he was fired from his job.

that's creepy...reading your post made me imagine he was trying to molest you...since he was being kind to you then asked you to meet him alone 😲

well it seemed like that cuz i was the only 1 he liked ........after i left those girls told me that he had gone from being mad to mental when he heard that i left... after he was gone we made fun of him for a looooooooong time.

well there was this teacher who my friend had && he said that she was very racist like making remarks like go cross the border u immagrant or something like that, than she got fired
