Hi, I'm looking for a female lead who is creepy and makes that Yandere/psychotic face ( you know which face I'm talking about). But I don't want it to be about a love interest I want the yandere/psychotic characteristic to be applied to something else i.e Revenge?
Basically a manga with a woman that is actually scary without the obsessive love aspect of it.

For example in the first chapters of Chang Ge Xing the female lead was scary but then calmed down a bit.

So not something like Mirai Nikki

Abnormal-kei Joshi might fit since I'm not sure most qualify as traditional love interests.

The Voynich Hotel Snark is very much like that, the 2 sister assassins too.

You could also check mangas with female antagonists who often display this kind of personality, for example :

Houshin Engi The main antagonist Dakki has her psychotic moments. Haven't read a whole lot of it though so I'm not sure how she develops later on.

Claymore Most of the yoma tend to be like that.

Teppu - It's a women's MMA manga (and fairly realistic for the sport). If you don't mind that, then the protagonist is basically exactly what you're looking for. She's basically a sociopath, just without crossing the line into criminal.

Definitely Kakegurui. Its sort of like Gamble Fish but with a Female lead. It's a new manga and only one chapter is currently out but so far, it's very promising.
