I was reading Kangoku Jikken, anything similar?

If you don't like yaoi, you shouldn't read it. It's one of the darkest mangas out there. The uke raped the seme when they were young. They encounter and the seme rapes him. It's really dark so if you don't like that stuff I wouldn't read it 🙂
