I'm a glasses and contacts girl... I have several pairs of glasses so that I can wear whichever pair I feel like. I also use corrective lenses as well as cosmetic lenses, since I was born with different colored eyes (the right one is blue and the left one is brownish)... Just to make things clear: I do not use all of these at the same time. So yeah, I guess I just love eye wear! Which be the reason why I'm studying to become an optician...

Depending on your lenses & your eyes, sleeping in them might not matter... I'm not really supposed to sleep in mine, but I do fairly often (usually not all night, just from midnight to 3:00-4:00 am, then I wake up & take 'em out, then put them in again when I get up for the day) and I've had zero problems.

I've slept in my contacts before for 1 night...I woke up scared cause they were like 'glued' to my eyes. Not literally but very difficult to get off (soft contact lens).

But I havent worn them for about 4 years now. Glasses are easier to deal with/don't itch my eyes and easier to maintain.

So ya I wear geek-glasses 😀

I used to wear both contacts and glasses until about 3 weeks ago. I had eye laser surgery to remove my near-sightedness.

It's absolutely amazing not having to bother with glasses or contacts anymore =)

At the moment I have glasses, but I want contacts ^^
easier with PE and when it rains and stuff ^^
a friend has contacts, and she slept with them, so she thought that she could see perfectly the next morning..until she found out she was still wearing her contacts ^^

Glasses when I'm too lazy to stick contacts in.
I have serious eye issues. So techincally I'm not really supposed to wear contacts... I do anyways though because glasses can be a pain.
But it takes me about 30 minutes to put my contacts in so I don't always feel like taking the time to wear 'em so I opt for glasses then. Which makes me look like a kindergarden teacher... which causes old men to hit on me like no other cause they have toddlers in their pants....

Glasses. I have astigmatism with myopia. And also both my dad and my brother.
I use to want to have contacts because they wont get in the way, but glasses seems to be more accessible to use ^^,

Sometimes, I wear my brother's glasses for no reason at all. 😛
I had this hot sensation on my eyes when I go surfing in the Internet.

It has no magnifying effect since then.
But my mom ALWAYS asking me not to wear it. 🤨

I found myself look "cool" whenever I wearing it.

I am yet to try contacts. I'm still unsure about them. I don't like the idea of them getting stuck behind my eyeball. That actually happened to someone in my school once 🤣

I don't mind wearing my glasses. In fact I really like them. I have the ones that react to the sunlight, so they go dark like sunglasses. Useful because I don't have to switch, and I can still see 🤣

But yeah, i'm fond of my glasses. I like choosing them as well. Some nice funky designs have come out recently. Good times 😃
