Ristorante Paradiso (the anime) had lots of surprisingly drool-worthy older gentlemen... like holy-cow... within 9 minutes, I suddenly developed a father-complex.

Fruits Basket -- another classic reverse harem with lots of bishies/biseinen but with depth.

Vampire Knight?? -- there was this one scene between the two main male leads that made my jaw drop... it was like a Ciel/Sebastian (Kuroshitsuji) moment... and loads... LOADS of bishies.
