I would like read a shoujo/ josei manga which is dark and not glittery like usually shoujo/ josei.
I love dark mangas 😉 one example is "The flower of evil" which i think is very good.

The pale horse which starts out kinda flowery but it turns very dark

Everything by Yuki Kaori, probably anything by Mihara Mitsukazu (I've read DOLL, Embalmer, and Dokuhime, all are dark/gothic). Also recommend Petshop of Horrors.

Coelacanth - A creepy mystery story. Includes sheep.

River's Edge - Disturbing story.

Bunbetsu to Takan - By Sakurada Hina. It's about a girl who cheats on her boyfriend.

Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou - Another Sakurada Hina manga. I didn't think this one was that great, but it's twisted and the first two pages are the best first two pages of any manga ever.

I second Dokuhime and The Embalmer. Dokuhime is darker but I prefer the Embalmer.
