I like reading harem/ecchi manga/mahwa(or w/e its called). And I read a lot of it!!!
The problam is in all of them the male is...how do I put it...5(or less) years old!
I mean heres a usual situation in what I read so far:
The guy and the girl are walking together;
Girl falls, and her chest/panties are showing;
Guy screams"Kyaaaaaaa" like a little girl and looks away with a nose bleed;
Girl hits him and screams pervert;
But if something like that would happen in real life, it would be like this:
The guy and the girl are walking together;
Girl falls, and her chest/panties are showing;
Guy stares at the girl with a grin on his face 😀
Girl hits him and they continu walking;
Or theres alwayes this situation in mangas:
The girl loves the guy and tries to seduce him;
The guy freaks out, tells her that they cant do it;
The girl get angry and tries to force herself on the guy;
The guys either runs away faster then the speed of light or resists her because its wrong to have sex;
While if something like that happend to a someone who's not 5, it would be like this:
The girl loves the guy and tries to seduce him;
The guy can't believe whats happening;
The girl continus to try and seduce him;
They do it;
The only manga I could find that the guy doesnt act like a pussy are:

KissxSis
and a couple more that I can't remember at the moment.
Can you guys please suggest me a good ecchi manga where the guy takes advantage of his position!

Ahh, yes, how could I forget Oretama. I love this manga, its hilarious.
To bad it's released so slowly -_-^^.
I watched the anime of He is my Master, so I dont know if it's woth reading the manga? Is there any difference between the two?

Love Hina, Icigo 100%, and Ai Yori Aoshi, I would say the guys are definitely pussies. So perhaps not the best suggestion.
I don't read to many harem ecchi mangas... Maybe Goldenboy would be to your taste?

True... Ichigo 100%, Love hina and Pastel,]aren't even 5!!! They are so childish there aren't enough words to describe them.
But Ai Yori Aoshi is good, they are married so no matter what other girls do to him he cant do anything back.
Also I have already read Suzuka.
Goldenboy sounds good. But is it complete/ongoing? it doesn't say...
And I just finished reading Love Junkies, and it was great, can't wait till theres a new release!

Golden boy is I believe still ongoing. But it has a circular plot (at least for the first half of the series). That's along this line: He goes to a new city hits on a pretty girl(s), tries to do as many perverted things he can do with them (which usually results in him getting slapped and such). He gets a job where they work. Impresses the girl (because despite how he acts, he's an extremely intelligent guy), and he disappears to a new city by the time they've fallen in love with him. Repeat story line.
So really you can read as much or as little as you want of the story.
